Higginbotham Family Dental in Bartlett, TN

I had a very good experience. Everyone was very professional and courteous. They welcomed everyone with open arms. Kristen, the dental assistant was very helpful and kind. She answered all my questions and concerns I had about my teeth. I could not of had a better experience at Higginbotham family dental. Thank you for my healthy smile!

I was referred to this dentist by a coworker a year ago. I LOVE this dentist office!!! Everyone is so nice and friendly from the ladies at the front desk to everyone in the back. Its great to walk into a business and be greeted with smiles. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Audrey. She is AWESOME!! She was was very informative, kind, and funny. You can just tell she loves her work. Glad to have found this dentist office and know that they really care!!!

Today was our first visit to Higginbotham! I brought my 9 year old in for his biannual cleaning and checkup... From the sign in desk, being taken to the room, to the actual visit everyone was incredibly nice and welcoming.

My son was nervous going in, but Kristen was incredibly sweet and encouraging and had him at ease pretty quick so when the hygienist came in, he was all smiles and feeling really good. Leigh Ann took the time to answer his questions on a level he could understand, like explaining his X-rays to him and what his teeth were doing. It really means a lot that they took the time to connect with him and let him answer his own questions instead of looking to me.

The visit was quick, but thorough, and we left with smiles! We will definitely be making them our dentist office.

HFD Bartlett is awesome. My hygienist Audrey was very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain every thing in detail. She was very patient and she made sure I did not experience any pain. The assistant Cameron was very nice and ensured I was comfortable and at ease. This is an outstanding dental practice! :)

Extravagant Service!!!

Higginbotham Family Dental is the best dental office I’ve ever been too. Everyone is very generous, Knowledgeable, and make you feel cared for! From those at the from desk, to the cleaners and dentist made my regular visit as smooth as ever. My cleaner(Mrs. Aubrey), Dentist(Mr Fitz), and the entire staff made the whole cleaning/dental process very quick, painless, and comfortable! Not to mention I learned so many things about my mouth and additional ways to take care of it.

Maddie, the dental assistant, was awesome! She was all smiles and just the sweetest. She explained what was expected for the dental visit.

Front desk was super helpful and even noticed that there was an opening if I would like to get my teeth cleaned same visit.

Audrey, the hygienist is very knowledgeable and is all about educating the patient. She is very kind and caring.

Please believe the hype and reviews! I had an emergency dental exam scheduled today. I walked in on time and was immediately greeted and invited back to the exam room. The dental assistant was very friendly and informative. The doctor came in and asked what my concerns were and reassured me that I was spot on to what was going on. They immediately came up with a treatment plan and fixed my fill-in, giving me instant relief. I have anxiety around going to the dentist but they have eased that worry! I have found my new forever dentist office!

I recommend going for cleanings as the hygienists are kind and efficient and the office is beautiful and clean. For general health of your gums and serious dental condition probably get another provider for that. I saw the dentist for 2minutes and he told me my gums were great but I had been told in the past I had gum disease and my gums have receded about 80percent. I am in pain from the sensitivity I feel at my roots. I don't typically review before my service is complete but was asked to do this review while in office.

Audrey the hygienist was amazing she made me feel safe and like I've known her for years. I had trouble with dentists in the past but she really made me look forward to my future visit. Also Cameron the assistant was really helpful. This is how a dental place should be run. I would recommend this to everyone I know.

Absolutely Marvelous. Forgive me for not remembering names but my anxiety was high like most people who visit the dentist. Anxiety was high for nothing. Staff with all smiles were friendly upon walking through the door till I walked out. My hygienist talked me through EVERYthing she was doing step by step. No surprises! This is where I lost all anxiety. My hygienist was gentle, kind, careful, concerned about my comfort levels, and...funny. The dentist came in he was so very pleasant. This is the best dentist office I have visited as an adult. I will not go anywhere else. Clean Facility 10, Great Customer Service 10. This is the place!!! Highly Recommend!!
