Audrey was the best everrr! This was my first visit… Her patience, knowledge, and care made me feel comfortable throughout my cleaning process! She answered all questions I had which is a huge plus! Overall I will definitely recommend this Dentist office to all!!!

This was my first time going to Higginbotham Family Dental in Bartlett, TN. Unlike any other dental clinics I visited before, I had an amazing experience at this location. Few things to mention that made me feel welcomed: my hygienist Audrey, and her assistant Kristy are a wonderful team of very detailed hygienists. Audrey particularly is a "perfectionist" in the sense that she devoted a good amount of time to do my cleaning thoroughly, and at the end, she made great suggestions that would help me keep my gums and teeth healthy. From the start, Audrey displayed her sense of human, and along the way she put her experience and expertise in practice.
The staff members was also very welcoming, ready to answer your questions, and do anything the can to make your visit successful. People like Chrystal, Peyton and Mandy are a great team, and they are ready to go over any coverage issues instantly.
If you are ever looking for a dental clinic, I strongly recommend that you choose Higginbotham, and if possible, pick Audrey as your hygienist. Thank you so much, AUDREY!!!

Dana and Kristen (I think that was her name) were amazing! They were funny, nice, and helped me feel comfortable during my visit. Everyone else was amazing as well and it felt like no time before I was leaving. I will definitely be returning to this dentist in the future.

Absolutely Superb Service at Higginbotham Family Dentistry!! I had been looking for a dentist for several months & I am so grateful to have come across this dental practice. I called to schedule an appointment and I was literally seen the next day. Upon arrival I was greeted, checked in, and called to the back within 10 minutes. As a new patient, I was glad to have my x-rays, oral exam, cleaning (Dana is a Rockstar!), and consultation with Dr. Fitzhugh all completed within an hour. My questions were answered and I now have a plan for my dental care needs. So happy to have found this gem! Please check them out! ❤️

It’s has been awhile since I been to the dentist. Because I had bad experiences at other Dentist. Dental Hygienist Audrey made me feel very comfortable. Because I was very nervous about the procedure I had to get done. She made sure I was comfortable, while doing the procedure in a professional matter. She has such a sweet spirit and she cares about her patients. I am so glad that I chose to go here.

Just had my first appointment for x-rays and cleaning. Everyone was so pleasant, especially my dental hygienist, Dana, and my dentist, Dr. Fitzhugh.
Also, the office is very clean and beautifully decorated. I had a great experience and I highly recommend Higginbotham Family Dental.

I love Higginbotham dental. They always take such good care of me. My hygienist Leigh Ann did a great job. She made me feel so at ease. And my dental assistant Trinity did the same. They made my visit to the dental office a fun visit. Not only did they make me feel at ease and comfortable, the did a great job on my teeth. The doctor was thorough and informative. He has already gave me back my smile. I thought I would always have a chipped front tooth. But he was able to put together a procedure that completely fixed my smile. I’m so grateful to everyone at Higginbotham Dental. I highly recommend them.

Updating my review in response to continued excellent service. Maddy was so professional, friendly, and informative and Dana was thorough and kind! I traveled from CA for my appointment and if I'm willing to brave the 405, and TSA lines for my visits, that says a lot about the great staff at Higginbotham Bartlett.
