I haven’t had a great experience like I had today In a long time. I haven’t been to a dentist an years. I made my appointment. Walked in and everybody was so welcoming and very friendly. They listened to all my concerns and let me explain what all I was concerned about before working on my teeth. Mr. Shafer was very professional and so nice. He did a wonderful job making me feel comfortable about my teeth. His staff and him were very nice people. I would recommend seeing him if you are running across this review. I literally cannot say enough good things about Dr. Shafer, his staff, and even the office. Most places I have been to are very rough with the cleanings and flossing, but that has never been the case for me in the years I've been seeing Dr. Shafer. And the fact they stay open later on Tuesdays to get people in after work is incredible. I'm never guilted about not flossing every day and every single question I ask is answered in a way I can understand without being condescending. I will forever recommend South Grove!
