Waited for 20 minutes and then I finally went up to the desk and asked if I would be seen soon and they said my insurance was ineligible which makes no sense since my husband goes there. Even so why wait until 20 minutes in my appt to tell me that? Why wasn't this confirmed before I even arrived since I gave them all of my information when I set up the appt 3 weeks ago. Instead of apologizing they were just like 'so you want to reschedule?' Very inconsiderate of my time.

I enthusiastically recommend South Grove Dentistry for yours and your children’s dental care needs! They are super professional, efficient, caring, always going the extra mile on scheduling/coordination, etc and our whole family has always had great experiences every time. They even offer Invisalign straightening treatment for a FRACTION of what it costs at an Ortho (an orthodontist is not necessary for Invisilign). Dr Shafer and his team at South Grove Dentistry are top notch!
