I’ve been going to South Grove since 2017 and I always leave there feeling good about my teeth. Dr. Shafer was open and honest with me during my first visit about the work that needed to be done. I haven’t had any problems with my teeth since he took care of it. I get compliments on my teeth and people think I had braces which says a lot about the work Dr. Shafer and his staff did. Now I go for my cleaning every six months and always look forward to getting my teeth cleaned and see the wonderful staff. This has definitely been a team effort. I’ve been loyal to the South Grove family because of their fierce leader and staff. Give them a try you will not be disappointed. Thanks for all you do South Grove Family 😁

He offers suggestions and recommendations but is not the least bit pushy. He gives you the info you need to make the best decision relative to your teeth. Exactly what a top notch dentist should do.

South Grove dental treated me really well today. I was initially frustrated because of insurance issues - it was primarily because my phone wouldn’t pull up I’m insurance card. I set up another appointment to come back another time but by the time I got to the parking lot my phone worked and I got my dental card. I was able to turn right back around and they helped me get into my initial appointment time. Dr Noah was very helpful and honest describing options for correcting my teeth and the cleaning went without any problems. I’m hoping to get Invisalign through them and continue services.
