My child have had regular dentist appointments since she was 3 it just was not with you guys and she didn't come to the office in pain. She came in the office cause the crown you all did fell off!! You all shouldn't talk someone into doing a root canal and crown and tell them that it's best and it'll last 10+yrs and you half do the job. She's 13 walking around with half a tooth because I believed you all would do as said and clearly you all do not care about anything but half doing the job and making sure to get more money from people as you all do not even answer the phone and when a msg is left you all never call back.

Highly do not recommend this office to anyone!! My child was only 12 years old last July when they said she needed a root canal on her front tooth. I didn't want to do it cause it was her front tooth yet they talked me into how it would be the best thing to do to save the tooth cause they said her teeth are decayingfrom the gums/root. A front tooth root canal does not fail often as it only have 1 canal unlike back teeth. The dentist told me that it would last her 10yr+. 7 moths later the crown fell off and of course the insurance denied another. My child is now 13 years old walking around with a half front tooth cause what they cut off fell off and they do not try to help you out even though it was clearly done wrong cause they also say the root canal failed and have to have another one. I'm diffently going to go to someone else as I would never let them cut more of my child's tooth off when they can not garruetee it will last a whole year. My child is dealing with being made fun of, crying constantly so now I have to save thousands of dollars to get her tooth fixed somewhere else. Very unprofessional. When you try to call they do not answer, I went down to talk to the assistant to ask her why she needed another root canal she literally kept telling me to look at my child's tooth in front of everyone as if she wasn't already embarrassed enough and I kept telling her I clearly dee what tooth yall cut off my child and the crown you all put on feel off thats why we are here. I messed up sending her with someone else cause I was at work but as I was trying to get an answer if the root canal failed she kept saying since the crown fell out she needs to get the whole root canal over which didn't make sense so we went back and forth for a while and she kept saying look at it, she was eating and it fell out is needs to be done over a gin so I just eventually walked out.

I sit in the office for two hours before I went back to the chair the girl that was doing my dentures measurements took three times with that wax in my mouth and twice on the bottom and the doctor came in and told her she how she was doing it wrong .I noticed my mouth was sore I understand that but there was some gouges on the side piece that they measure your gums with the next day I can’t hardly open my mouth my side of my mouth is got blister from the plastic mouthpiece I would never recommend these people.

I went back for my adjustment on my dentures and Dr. did a great job of adjusting them. I think I’ll have to go one more time I didn’t wait two hours.There was right on it thank you for your special team to working on my dentures … my bottom teeth Don’t Fix right and I not going there again my dentures do not fit and is embarrassing come on back in there several times I will never use this company again

Where do I start?!? VERY UNETHICAL PEOPLE! I had a regular routine cleaning and they tell me I need two filings each with the price of 23 dollars. I scheduled the filings, when I got there I wait for an hour before someone comes out to tell me I owe 140 dollars. I told them that’s not what my paperwork says. They then come back out and tell me it is 86 dollars, I pay it, and wait another hour to be seen. The doctor visit was fine until the numbness wore off, my mouth still hurts and it’s Thursday, I went on a Monday. I paid them to give me pain in my mouth because I had no pain before the “needed filings”. I then call them to get an understanding of what I paid for because I am home in front of my “dental plan”. These people hung up the phone in my face THREE TIMES, after I threatened to call the BBB and drive back up there Angel the “insurance coordinator”, finally told me my balance is zeroed out. Please don’t waste your time. They should be out of business!

Very understanding that I had a child with special needs that needed a lot of work done. They made sure he was comfortable and I appreciate it. The wait probably wouldn't be as long if the circumstances wasn't what they are. Its the Corona Hello.... Safety first!!!

SLOW SLOW SLOW ❗❗❗ Dentist appt @ 1:00pm... Didnt get called back til 1:45pm...to fix a crown that came off in 2 months. Then they want to charge the insurance all over again for their unsatisfactory work. The ONLY reason i came back was to have this tooth repaired...I will continue my patronage at East Ridge Dental ; because this is not acceptable ✌

Was given a referral from a dentist directly across the street for the purposes of an implant, process went without incident, painless, quickly efficient. It's apparent from the overall attentive behavior of all the staff that Dr. Rumph calls the shots, and that is as it should be, direct chain of command, seamless, excellent customer internal communication. Dr. Rumph is at once not simply an excellent dentist, but an excellent person, that makes a big difference to me because I am aware of the reciprocal responsibility of me as a patient to be as nice and helpful as possible. Most people don't realize that it is incumbent and devolves upon you to realize that inasmuch as you are paying for it, you are helped by another person with a matter of your health!!! Dr. Rumph also told me he goes to Church, despite the fact that I am a Buddhist that stands for a lot with me. I wouldn't pay much attention to or put much stock in the negative reviews, sore losers and low self-esteem. Excellent time tested dentist with many years of experience, significant muti-facility presence in area, dedicated professional, good referral.

I love this place, everyone here makes you feel very comfortable and right at home. I went in and was seen right away , and had my dental plan in less than 30 mins. I was scheduled for 2 crowns that following Tuesday. I was terrified and lisa and the dentist made me so at ease that I forgot what was about to go down. They played music, talked to me the whole time, told me step by step what was about to happen and even let me watch the process of them making my permanent crowns (same day guys) and when it was over I was so excited I cried and lisa comforted me. If you have a fear of dentist (like me) this place will take it away for you. Thankyou..
The whole staff office, dentists and the D.A's are fantastic!

Very kid friendly environment! Help with transportation and provide great communication. My children were very happy with their experience when they came home. Thank you will be back in 6 months!

Great staff. Got me in on a last minute appointment for a broken tooth. I got my tooth pulled and I will be going back for my implant. I'm totally satisfied with the choice I made.
