Alani Dental Center

I love Alani Dental Center. They take care of my whole family. My kids feel so comfortable with the hygienists and both dentists.

Recently, Ashley caught an abscess in my x-ray, and she went the step further to do a second x-ray to ensure it was truly there. Unfortunately for me, it was there, but I was very fortunate being in the hands of Alani. Kendall made sure I was comfortable prior to my root canal. Dr. Alani made sure I was comfortable and walked through the whole process. He was very informative throughout the whole process.

We have been patients at Alani a little over 6 years now and I am so glad we have continued to have the best experiences.

I visited Alani Dental in reference to getting the Zoom whitening. I was greeted by the front desk receptionist Kelsey and she was very helpful with all the paperwork that was needed. She was very polite and introduced me to Kendall which was the one who performed by zoom whitening experience. She was very through and explained each step as she was doing it and made sure that I was comfortable! I was very amazed with the amount of difference that the zoom whitening did! They were both very excited with the results and just made the experience amazing and very worth it! The office itself was very clean and all other workers were very polite as well. It seemed very family based and I have already referred someone who was very pleased with there experience! Thank you guys for being the best!

Best dental center in town. Our family really likes Ashley to clean our teeth. She's fast but VERY thorough. She always has such a positive attitude and a loving heart for her patients. My little boy loves her she makes him feel so comfortable. Dr. Wesam Alani is very informative and kind. He gives A+ care and takes his time explaining all your options. Went to 3 different dentist in Chattanooga and finally found the best dental care at Alani Dental. Would recommend this place 100%!

I can’t express my appreciation enough. Everyone here is kind and patient which, for a patient like me, makes a massive difference. They have taken an exceptional amount of time to get me back on track with good dental health. Dr. Alani really understands dental phobia and what it takes to make patients feel comfortable. Having her in my corner has been a gift! In fact, every single person I’ve met in the office is empathetic and focused on creating a good experience.

I love Alani Dental! I've been going for a few years, and its been great. I actually look forward to seeing them. Their office is beautiful with scenic views. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The hygienists and dentists there are great and take the time to answer questions and educate you on your needs. Very much recommend.

I had a good experience with two dental check-ups here with all staff members. My teeth were generally in good shape and I found out they take kids! My previous dental office (which was good, but was in my previous town of residence) didn't take pediatric patients. I was able to get my kids in right away for their checkups too.

My first visit at Alani Dental and the staff were all so welcoming, personable, and friendly. Also very thorough and helpful as far as next steps and future decisions. So glad I made the decision to go with them as my new dentist. I would highly recommend them to any and everyone!

When this dental office tells you to come in for a consultation before scheduling your regular cleaning (as a new patient), don't do it. I cannot begin to tell you about the headache I've endured with insurance after going in for a consultation that I was assured would not be billed. Turns out Alani takes x-rays and sends a bill to insurance, which ended up counting as one of my dental visits. Which means I need to pay out of pocket for actual cleanings and x-rays that happened after my visit with Alani. I've called and tried to have this corrected with their billing department to no avail. What an absolutely frustrating experience with a dental office.

On top of the unnecessary billing, I also had a terrible experience with Dr. Alani (the man). He spent less than a minute looking at my teeth before telling me that I'd need a gum graft and braces. This coming after years of being told that I have healthy gums and teeth. I was so taken aback.

I ended up leaving this "consultation" knowing that I would never return and immediately made an appointment with another dentist that I now enjoy going to. I wasn't even planning to write this review, but after receiving the second bill from a dentist for bitewing x-rays that would have normally been covered if Alani hadn't billed for that unnecessary consultation, I just had to say something to hopefully help others avoid this headache.

Avoid this dentist at all costs. Or it will actually cost you.

EDIT: The owner's response tries to place blame on my insurance instead of their deceptive practices. I'll simply refer readers back to my original review and let them decide for themselves.

Love, LOVE everyone here! So thankful to have found Alani Dental. Everyone is so sweet and so helpful, and genuinely care. The doctors take their time to explain everything until you understand and are comfortable. It’s the nicest, cleanest dentist office I’ve been to, as well. Can not say enough good things!
