I've only had my initial consult, but that one appointment was far better than any experience I've previously had with other Dentist. Kendall ensured I was completely comfortable and Dr. Lepczyk explained everything thoroughly. For the first time ever, I feel confident about achieving my goal of having pain-free smile.

One of the hardest things to find after moving is a new dentist. I did procrastinate because of it. New to Tennessee, I asked my contractor for a recommendation. Unfortunately, that office did not accept my insurance. I then asked a neighbor. I went to that office and the receptionist was nice enough but was given an appointment do a “new patient” exam in February 2023. I was put on their “call cancel” list but I never heard another word from them. I did not feel cared for or valued. So, when I recently had a problem, I did not feel like I wanted to go there.
When I called Sango Family Dentistry, and spoke with Erin, I just knew I was “home”. Her genuine kindness and concern for my situation immediately eased my anxiety. Some of her very first words were “we will take care of you”. They were just the words I needed to hear. The caring and concern continued when Yesie, the dental assistant, came out to the lobby to take me to the back. She quickly had me feeling at ease and that I had chosen the right place. She was wonderful throughout my appointment! Doctor Anderson continued the feeling that my care was important to them, he immediately put me at ease. I was able to get my tooth treated at that same appointment. It was amazing to me when Doctor Anderson explained that they keep their schedule open with flexibility to work in emergencies and problems. I was so very grateful! Oh! And imagine how I felt when I was given the choice of a new patient exam that same day or the next! It’s a large, busy office with a small office patient focus. Just right!
I am so very happy with the office as a whole. Look no further if you are looking for a dental office that makes you feel like you matter and puts your care as their priority.

Sango family dentistry has great service and friendly staff members. There were no surprise costs added. Everything was discussed upfront so I was aware of any and all charges. The hygienist was friendly, personable and informative. This is the only dentist in Clarksville that I will give return business.

My Hygienist Rebecca did an outstanding job. She is always very thorough and demonstrates a real concern for my oral health and hygiene. The staff is very friendly and courteous. I will definitely recommend this clinic to my friends.

Sango Family Dentistry is wonderful! They are always friendly, helpful, and I don’t feel like they’re ever trying to do more than what is necessary just to make an extra dollar. We are so glad that we switched to their office.

I hate going to the dentist and always have. Dr. Kaiser and the supporting cast has made me change my whole outlook on dentistry. I’ve gone there several times now and every time I go , I’m anticipating a bad experience, but it hasn’t happened. I no longer have that outlook when I’m going to this office. The front office staff is very professional and the dentist may be the best ever. Dr. Kaiser explained everything that he’s doing inside of your mouth and get you most definitely prepared for anything that may cause you any discomfort. I would like to thank the entire team for making me feel comfortable with something that I’ve always been so I’m comfortable with.

I don’t feel like my “cleaning” was worth going. I just feel like my teeth were scraped, I do not feel like I just had a cleaning. I feel services are overpriced. Every time I go it’s something I cannot afford and I end up not going anymore then I try to go again and it’s the same issue. I am looking for another dentist. The staff there is amazing and nice just can’t afford it I guess.

Friendly staff all the easy around. My hygienist Kendall was very knowledgeable and funny, put me at ease and did a great job. Dr. Anderson was friendly, super personable and made me feel comfortable with his recommendations!

If you’re looking for a place to make you feel comfort and at ease at the dentist. This is the place to go! Every staff member is incredibly caring and down to earth. Any dental work performed is done at the highest quality, couldn’t pay me to go anywhere else.
