These people are professionals and care about you personally as well. If you have severe anxiety at dental offices, or PTSD, this is the place to go. They can handle you and the situation with grace. Their prices are also extremely reasonable. I’ve had unpleasant experiences...never by their hands intentionally. I trust them. Repeat customer going back in July.
The above review was in March. App isn’t letting me review todays(??) so posting it’s here. I had PTSD severe reaction to procedures and once again Dr. Brown and assistant were compassionate and got me through the work needed. Excellent work done, just cannot express enough my appreciation for their compassionate sincere care.
Third visit today, and as always the people were great from front desk until I left. My teeth are a project being done in stages, and I’m so happy Dr. Brown and staff are in Dickson.

My name is Pattie M and I have always had bad anxiety about going to the dentist. But since I have been seeing Dr. Cannon and his staff my anxious tendency has subsided!! Everyone from the front desk to the dental hygienist to Dr. Cannon are the absolute best! Always smiling and they describe everything that is going on. I would recommend this office to everyone!! I was somewhat nervous before my visit due to the dental work I was having done. The assistant that worked with me was singing to the music the whole time and I felt very at ease. It was a very pleasant experience. Dr Cannon and his staff rock!!

Went for urgent care, thankfully they got me in within 24 hours for a root canal. Dr brown and Keri were great. Truly professionals in every sense. My only thought or suggestion is my experience would have been perfect had they considered the pain after a root canal. I realize we're in a opioid crisis but 36 hours of pain meds would have helped tremendously. But truly appreciate the care I received here. Great dental office.

GREAT, AWESOME! Had a routine cleaning yesterday, they always accommodate my early schedule, in and out quickly. (ask for Lisa!). I’ve had a couple of crowns replaced by Dr Cannon, very well done, never any high pressure sales tactics. Great coffee, and the best promotional ink pens I’ve ever found. They gave me some extras because mine always seem to “disappear” at the office. Highly recommend!
Second review, I’d give’m six stars for how well they’ve coped with COVID. Very safe and as always , Dr. Cannon and Kristen Deal do a great job.
