All personnel--from entering the door _the gal at the desk did a good job of explaining your special payment plan) to leaving--were very friendly, but very professional. It was nice to meet the "head honcho" (Dr. Brown) during this visit---glad he has had MANY years of a successful business, and I can see why with his good staff. Dentists in the past that have examined my teeth after the cleaning also were friendly, yet professional. The friendly, knowledgable gal who cleaned my teeth did an excellent job--I could feel the difference in my teeth when she finished, i.e., the smoothness, and considerate of my tender teeth. This is a wonderful dental office! The check-in staff are friendly and professional. The supporting dental assistant staff know what they are doing and take every opportunity to make you feel comfortable and relaxed.
The dental hygienists are thorough and very personable.
Drs. Gaylon Brown, Ben Cannon and Logan Newman are excellent. They have considerable experience and can perform all general procedures up through implants.
The office has a long history of serving the community.

For decades this place has always been such a warm, friendly, welcoming environment. The staff works like family together and they are genuinely concerned for their patients. They keep very up to date with the changing times but still manage to keep that old school welcoming feel. Those people who stereotypically don’t like dentist have obviously never been to East Hills Dental. I’ve never had a bad experience in over 30 years. (Maybe the expected numbness and pain sometimes that just goes with a trip to the dentist-but have always been able to smile through through the numb because of the service and amazing staff)

I really liked the friendly service of all staff. I was really nervous and the dental hygienist made feel so welcomed and assured me everything would be ok, and really just talked with me.
