So I had to wait almost a month to get an appointment with Dr Cannon. During the wait time I was sent via email a lot of documents to fill out including my dental insurance information. I filled everything out with name of insurance company and policy numbers. Finally the day arrived and I went to my appointment. I checked in and waited after a month to see the dentist only to find out that they did not take my insurance. They had all my information for at least two weeks before I arrived but failed to let me know anything until the day of my appointment VRRY UNPROFESSIONAL!
