Meridian Dental Centre

After 6 years of no dental appointments, I knew I had to grin and bear it. Dental appointments had always been poor experiences for me. Despite needing a lot of work after my initial checkup at Meridian Dental, they made me 100% more comfortable than I had anticipated. It was actually an enjoyable experience, and that means a lot coming from a grown adult like me, who was still terrified of going to the dentist. My only wish is that my insurance had allowed me to continue as a patient there.

First visit. They took time to listen to my concerns, evaluated, and cleaned. Hygienist, CeCe and Dr. Pam Wade were a wonderful welcome. It was nice to be heard and not rushed. Both were genuinely caring and very patient.
Although a blanket was ready, the room and bathroom were uncomfortably cold. Mouth and body tensed up due to the cold; otherwise, would have been a five star.

Very poor billing department. 2 incidents occurred. They kept billing me for a procedure my insurance covered. Every time I got my statement saying I owed a balance, Meridian billing clerk told me to disregard. I even had a conference call with my insurance and the billing clerk to clear it up. but still kept getting bills from Meridian. It took 1 year to clear up even though I called them to fix every month. 2nd incident: They gave me an estimate for a crown saying they contacted my insurance. Long story short. My insurance had lapsed and I was not aware. If they truly did contact my insurance it would have said that and I would have fixed the issue right away. Now they are telling me I have to pay.

The staff is friendly and professional. The doctor is very caring and extremely skilled. Billing is fair and Courteous. When an expensive procedure needed to be repeated, it was done free of charge despite being over a year later.

Ladies got me on an emergency awesome staff

All of the staff are very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain any planned dental procedures before they begin work and also explain what they are doing as the procedures are being performed. I highly recommend this office.

I have had a great experience with Meridian every time I've visited. The ladies that great you are wonderful, the hygienists are friendly and knowledgeable, and Dr. Harris is approachable and honest about dental opinions. It's as good as a dentist office can get!

I love the 7 am appointment time so I can get done and get to work. They are right on time. Laci does an excellent job with cleaning my teeth, plus practical advice on toothpaste, mouth rinse and brushing. I can always improve a little! I am completely satisfied with my dental care and highly recommend Dr Harris and Meridian Dental Centre!

Worst experience EVER and this isn’t the first time. I called this morning at 8:30 to see if you were open. You said yes. I told them i was on my way. We risk driving there and you’re closed. No phone call, text. You knew who we were and had our contact info. I understand closing due to weather but will never understand why you wouldn’t pick up the phone and call me back and tell me not to drive there. So unprofessional, inconsiderate and just plain negligent.
Rachel was the name of the girl that answered the phone this morning.

Meridian Dental has always taken great care of me. There is usually zero waiting time, and they’re always so kind and helpful. You’re greeted with a smile and treated like their only patient from the moment you step in the door to the moment you leave. Highly recommend this place for your dental needs.
