This is a great dental practice! Everyone is so friendly and efficient. Fortunately, I have only had to visit for my bi-annual cleanings, but my experience with them for the past three years I have been going there has been wonderful. They never leave me sitting in the waiting room or the exam chair for extended periods of time. I appreciate the respect for my time that I often have not experienced with other medical providers.

I called and booked an appointment for a cleaning in November several months ago. They are the only office I could find to take my insurance. I need to see a Dentist desperately. Was called today to come in early because they had an opening. I took the appointment only to be called back to cancel because I have an outstanding balance with them. No offer to allow me to pay the bill, just cancelled. I even ask them if I owed them anything from the past when I originally booked the appointment. Now I'm back to square one with no way to see a Dentist.

They weren't honest with my billing. A different amount was discussed on phone with me before the appointment and after the appointment with the dentist, they overcharged me. I will not return here again.

I recently had a bridge installed which was producing some discomfort. I saw Dr O’Dell and he listened to my issue and promptly worked to reduce the outer edge of the bridge. There was another problem with a capped tooth on the opposite side of my mouth and that was fixed as well. Besides Dr O’Dell, Jordan was the assistant and she seems to be able to read the doctors minds. She know what he will ask for before the procedure gets to that point. Work very well done by all!

How refreshing it is to find a dental office that is genuine, caring and puts the care of your teeth in front of all else. The hygienist, Melinda, was thorough and caring. Between her and Dr. Johnson, I felt welcomed and cared for. The office was in a state of calm without the hustle bustle of other employees and sales reps popping in and out of my exam time. I appreciate the entire office and their work ethics.
