Johnson & O'Dell, DDS

My husband and I both visited this dental office for the 1st time this week and were very impressed. The visit was thorough yet efficient for both of us. Best of all, no one tried to sell us anything or make us feel like we needed 45 unnecessary procedures done (unlike other dental offices in this area). We are glad we discovered Dr. Johnson, thanks to Cigna's recommendation.

I always enjoy going to Dr. Johnson for my teeth cleanings, and on occasion I have had to get a cavity or two filled. He is always so professional and nice, and Kathy is my dental hygienist. I've had them both for years and really love them. I always insist on Kathy doing my s-rays and cleaning my teeth. She is the bomb and we have "bonded"! :0))

After moving to the area and getting my child established with a children's dentist. I asked the front office whom would they suggest an adult see, the suggested Dr Chad Johnson. I tried numerous times to get an appointment but the front office was rude and I never got an appointment. I am happily established at another office my daughter's office suggested. Rude people!!

I switched to this dentist about a year ago from a much older dentist I went to when I was young. This is a very well ran dental practice!! All equipment is in great order and the staff are very intelligent and caring. I recommended this dental office to family so I definitely recommend to anyone. Thanks guys!

Everyone here is kind and caring I feel like I'm in good hands wether I'm getting my teeth cleaned or filled. Highly recommend them.

Cathy has been taking care of me for years and is just fantastic! Dr O'Dell is always thorough and kind and it is a pleasure being a patient at this office.

I would not recommend this dentist.
He told me I had 8 cavities (after never having any) and made it seem like filling was urgent though I couldn't see them on the X-ray or in my mouth. The lady's in the office couldn't tell me how much it would cost but told me to just go ahead and pay $50 and then sort it out when I came back for fillings.
I got 4 fillings then went to another dentist for a second opinion (but too late!) The other dentist sai she agreed with the four file but of the remaining four she only saw one. I think she only "agreed with the first four to not make Johnson look bad.
I understand that some dentists are more cautious than others but when he knew cost was an issue, he should have been more clear about the urgency of this, and I should have gotten a second opinion and said goodbye to these guys. They still couldn't tell me the cost after those fillings so I it a bill in the mail for X-rays and four fillings totaling $1078. After ins it's less but it's frustrating that I probably didn't need those fillings or not all of them. Doing the ones at that side of my mouth was an arbitrary decision that I picked, they said they all need to be filled...

Dental gal (Carla?) did a really good job of cleaning my teeth, finding out problems and at the same time we had a very fine discussion. Enjoyed my visit very much.
