Dental Partners - Brookhaven

Nobody was at the front desk for over 10 minutes when I arrived. If you want to be seen by an actual dentist, avoid this place. The dentist himself was nice for the 1.5 minutes he spent reviewing my X-ray and telling me I had no cavities. The hygienist kept messing up the X-rays and took about 1.5 hours to do X-Rays and the most minimal teeth cleaning ever. They were all friendly but the customer service and level of care is lacking. I would recommend going elsewhere for quality unless you absolutely can't find somewhere else. I won't be going back.

I greatly appreciate, my long time hygienist at Brookhaven, Ailin Leavitt. She is friendly and very professional, as are others in the office. She has provided helpful suggestions on how to best care for my dental health between routine cleanings.

My experience was very nice. I was welcome with open arms. I received information that was very helpful to my overall health. The assistant Cassandra was very friendly and the receptionist was very professional. Dr. Bledsoe was very nice as well. I will return for my appointment on next Wednesday.

Dr. Harris, Aleah (sorry if I spelled your name wrong but I think that’s how I saw it spelled), and Susan were very welcoming and professional. I have a fear of the dentist due to my childhood dentist but my anxiety was low because they made me feel comfortable and talked me through everything. I would definitely recommend them.

Everyone was very nice and professional, they take really good care of you. I was extremely nervous but Dr. Vitullo and her assistant made me feel at ease and were awesome. I recommend them to anyone, especially if you get nervous/anxious about dental procedures like I do. THEY ROCK!!!!!

I been going to this dentist for 16 years. Staff are polite and helpful. Very clean and professional. My teeth is healthy and good work on the crowns. I will continue to go to. I recommend this place!

I supposedly had three cavities (which didn't botherm at all) so I let Dr. V fill them. Since she filled them weeks ago, I've been in daily pain. I've been back to her but was told there's nothing wrong, I'm just "sensitive." I've birthed two babies at home with midwives and no pain meds. I am not "sensitive" to discomfort or pain. I've tried to get another appointment without taking off work, but they will not fit me in. I have to take a third day off work to deal with this ,and it isn't even soon. I have to wait another week. I can't chew at all on that side of my mouth, and I have to take Advil around the clock to manage the pain. I wish I'd never gone to Brookhaven Dental Partners. I do not recommend them. It is not worth the risk.

Not happy with the look nor the feel of these teeth. Look nothing like what my originals did.

It’s been 7 years since I last visit this office, I wanted to return because Dr. Bledsoe was so wonderful!! This was my first time with Suzan and she took excellent care of me!! I was very nervous but her calming and attentive care eased all my worries. Thank you!!

I went to this dentist because of someone recommended me and the dentist was real nice but I told her that I’m allergic to a lot of antibiotics so I called the pharmacy and she spoke to pharmacy about all that I’m allergic to and I was put on clylindamycin which you suppose to be able take when all allergic to penicillin but I told the dentist that I was afraid to take antibiotics from previous experience. Well I took them Friday evening and I felt so sick that could not stand straight up, lightheaded, diarrhea, burning throat and stomach, face start peeling so I suffer that from 1 dosage so I stop. Monday morning I call to tell the front desk and spoke with Velinca about what happened when I took antibiotics she was like well she don’t work on Monday and she will tell her on Tuesday now it’s Tuesday I had to call and spoke to this rude person name Tasha, no customer service experience then I called back cause Velinca didn’t call me with what the dentist said. She forgot so I guess I’m dying and it slip your mind that was negligent on your part because you are an inconsiderate female with no customer service skills that don’t give a damn I don’t know why you at the front desk I will not be coming back with this ghetto front desk girl who took my pain and didn’t give a damn. Velcina you are the worst and you make the office not welcome to go back since you or other girl can’t relate messages why are you all answering or at front desk if you know you don’t have ppl skills then to try out talk the client made me realize that you just there for paycheck and not about ppl trying to get their mouth fix. Bad experience will never go back
