Dental Partners - Brookhaven

Clean and well maintained office. Dr. Harris is an outstanding dentist. Caring, competent and just darn nice! The office is clean and I felt safe the entire time. The dental assistants were great too.

Woke up with bad toothache on a Friday morning. They worked me in that morning as a new patient. Staff was very warm and friendly. Would highly recommend this practice to anyone!

I made an appointment to get both of my back molars removed due to them being infected and me being in terrible pain along with some other things. I go and they only pulled one.They left the other one and I asked why they didn't do both. No one gave me an answers. Now the other one has broke off leaving a whole with a half of tooth and I am in tremendous pain! I've have called multiple times, leaving a message with my name and phone number and no one has called me back! No emails,nothing!If they would have done both at the same time none of this would be happening. Now I have to go get poked and cut on again and I have a phobia of needles!To make it worse I paid for a plan and never got to use it! I will never come here again and recommend others not to as well! Extremely unprofessional!

This company is pathetic. Nothing happens despite speaking with their local manager "Kim" and her supposed attempts to resolve my issue. It's been WEEKS and still nothing. All I wanted was my money back because your dentists did not do their jobs and gave me an infection by trying to perform a root canal procedure. I feel that I have been MORE than patient for this sorry excuse for management/company. ALL I WANTED WAS MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!! KIM, YOU STATED THAT YOU WOULD HAVE A MEETING WITH A HIGHER UP IN YOUR COMPANY YESTERDAY AND STILL NO PHONE CALL- PER HER USUAL ROUTINE. I DONT WANT A GENERIC RESPONSE TO THIS EDITED REVIEW ASKING FOR ME TO CALL YOU ALL WHEN YOU ALL KNOW MY NAME AND NUMBER. At this point its about respect, keeping your word as a "manager", and trying to keep a customer. WARNING TO ALL, PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS "ESTABLISHMENT!" THEY WILL GIVE LESS THAN POOR SERVICE AND REFUSE TO GIVE A REFUND!!! Kim is their manager and if you need something done at this establishment GOOD LUCK!!
Google needs to create a "zero" stars button for these types of situations. And yes I have a letter from the wonderful dentist that fixed my tooth that states you all did not do your jobs and messed up my root canal.

Initial review: I had a terrible experience at dental Partners Brookhaven and that same awful experience is ongoing. Two different dentist performed a root canal because my primary dentist, at Dental Partners, moved and NO ONE told me! So when the second part of my root canal was serviced it was performed by a new dentist (@Dental Partners) and it was very uncomfortable and painful. The second dentist did not shave the cap down that covers my tooth. So every time I chewed the tooth kept cutting into my gum when I bit down. I spoke of my pain to both dentist that completed the root canal and it was dismissed. I waited over three weeks and sought the help of another dentist who noted that all of the nerve was not removed and infection started to set in. I have not gotten my money back and it is an act of congress to get a refund. I recently received a bill for the "work" that was done. Mind you this started in May! I had to pay to get the failed root canal procedure corrected. Still calling to speak to their manager to get a FULL refund. This is a warning to anyone reading this, please, do not go to this establishment! Thank you.

Great dental office. The staff is always friendly, the dentists are very knowledgeable and truly care about your dental health. I always have a great experience at Brookhaven!

The dentist are friendly and do good work but they have ridiculous policies where they charge you $50 for missing an appointment and not cancelling 24 hours in advanced. I have a job and sometimes things come up that are unavoidavle. Now im being punished because my job is somewhat unpredictable when it cones to scheduling. I have invested seceral hundreds of dollars to address my dental hygeine with this particular dental office. If thats not enough to show the dentist im commited to the dental plan, then i dont know what is. This policy is unfair and unwarrented. I will be seriously co sidering changing dentist because of this policy.

Great experience, appt. started on time. All personnel were very friendly. They were very caring about my teeth and gums with expert care. I will be returning for my next appt. in March. I recommend this office for your dental care.

Very smooth, sincere, and caring operation. I never see anyone wait more than five minutes and usually not even that long. Quite impressive… a rare find. IMO.

Today was my first day and everyone was nice and sweet I can't remember the dentist hyhygienist name but she was sweet I told my mom bout it this place and now she won't to come and on the plus side of there when s eye candy there just being honest
