Excellent customer service!!! I needed urgent care so I called Dental Partners Brookhaven and was able to be seen in less than an hour!!! They were extremely professional and made sure that I was very comfortable!!

The dentists I have worked with here have always been very nice! For the most part everyone that works here is so sweet and helpful! However one of the ladies that worked at the front desks was very short and rude when I was asking questions. She talked to me like I was so stupid. I would recommend this place. They don’t make you feel bad and most of the employees try to create a great experience

I was impressed with the skill of Dr Harris. A painless procedure, I did not even feel the shot. I will return there for all my dental needs. The staff is professional and very friendly.

I thought the staff was very professional and I did everything to make me comfortable and relaxed. The doctors seemed knowledgeable and personable, however they didn't give me any pain medicine after pulling my tooth and it hurt like hell.

This is a contemporary office with modern decor that is also very comfortable. When you enter the waiting room, you are greeted with a friendly smile. (Yes, your forehead will be scanned.) The whole experience was positive. From the first person at the front desk, to the hygienist, to the dentist, and to the person at checkout, you know you are being helped by a great team of people who put the care of your smile first, even if it's behind protective masks for now. Definite thumbs up!

I’m very happy and satisfied with my experience at Dental partners . Everyone from receptionist to doctor when very professional and polite . I felt very comfortable with the COVID -19 measures they’ve taken so patients could feel safe while been treated. I’m terrified of the dentist but after this experience I feel very confident for my next visit.

They sent me paperwork to fill out before my visit so at my appointment I was seen right away. They were all professional, personally and easy to talk to. Dr. Harris and her staff is very kind, knowledgeable and friendly. Will go back.
