I normally visit the Park location, but I wanted to see a specific dentist so I ended up at this location. BIG MISTAKE. They were supposed to pull my insurance from the park location instead they ask me for it, and then when I explain why I needed it pulled across the system they tell me “you’re no longer covered, you’re 26.” This really upset me because they never even ran my insurance to know this. They being the blonde heavy set lady who does the insurance and another lady with a heavy accent who turned out to be the dental hygienist. I really hate rude workers, and I hate to be treated as if I’m incompetent.

Awful. He talked to his assistants about totally unrelated things the entire time and 2 of my fillings have fallen out. They don't smooth them down and you can feel the edges. Everyone is friendly but that's the only good thing about them. I will never go back.

Tina (who cleans and polishes teeth) is amazing! She always remembers personal details about her patients, which makes you feel special. She also does an amazing job cleaning teeth without hurting your gums, and she is always willing to give tips and explanations on how to improve oral hygiene. Dr. Fong is wonderful, as well. He prvoides the best care for the best price. He does not recommend a procedure that can be avoided. Love this dentalworks!
