I took off work to make an appointment for my son and when I was called up to the front desk a young dark headed lady got all my insurance and information from me. She kept having problems finding it so I gave her the number. I finally got called up again and was told I needed to pay $800 I literally had no communication about why. So I asked and she said for crowns. That was from his last check up there years ago. I didn’t even get asked what I wanted done so I had to tell her. Went back to sitting again. They kept calling me up asking what I wanted done by different people. Finally after the third time I said I’m just gonna cancel and go somewhere else. She also told me my spot got moved I guess because I didn’t want done what they never asked. I don’t understand why I wasn’t still going back before everyone else. I literally had an appointment and they should of asked me what services I wanted anyway. That’s not my job. Very unprofessional and no communication I had to ask everytime they talked to me.

Personally check with your insurance that it is in network. Office will tell you yes without truly verifying and end up billing you with astronomically marked up costs.
