Staff was friendly , our five year old has been going to another dentist since she was 2 and finally let someone X-Ray her teeth . The staff is not pushy , they talk to the kid to get their feel for the situation. Our daughter definitely liked APDO better than the prior place. Just wish we would have made the change sooner.

My daughter was not happy when she arrived home from her appointment. All of my children said the gas didn't help at all. They all felt the drilling on their teeth. My daughter Annabelle said it hurt the whole time.
The bedside manner and over all service is good but I feel extra time checking on the kids to make sure they are comfortable is necessary. Those are the things that have kids not wanting to visit the dentist.

My son had to get a cap put on. They were amazing with him. He was very scared and they talked him threw everything. Dr. Deuries was so amazing. He made it a lot easier on my son and made him a lot more comfortable about going to the dentist. Mica was the one who cleaned his teeth and she was amazing as well. My son was very worried about going but they all did so good with him!

My 3yo has been going here for a while now and even though he is often freaked out by new experiences, especially when he's uncertain of what's going on, they are always so, so good with him! I was very surprised when they got him to cooperate enough with them in order to take x-rays and do a full cleaning on him! This was my 1yo first time going and he had a good time too! We absolutely love APDO and recommend them to everyone!

Was fast and good. They accepted my in training service dog. They let my mom come back with me since I didn't know how he would be with the high pitch noises. He did great and they said they love dogs too. It was good for me. My dog kept me calm with my anxiety.

Doctor was very professional and very gentle with my kids. The lady that was cleaning their teeth though seemed a little impatient with my son. He’s autistic and did not want to cooperate and threw a fit. Given it was the day before thanksgiving, I understand that she wanted to get done to get home to her family but that is still no excuse.
