We had a 2:30 appointment scheduled. This morning at 11 I received a text saying there technical issues and we need to reschedule. I called to reschedule but the lady said our 2:30 appointment is not affected and we can still stick to it. We took off work, got the kiddo out of school and get up there for our appointment only to be told that the orthodontist left for the day and we had to reschedule. I told them I had called to reschedule in the first place because of the text and was told to go ahead and come today. Very frustrating. If our appointment had to be canceled because of technical issues that’s fine but give a call to let the patient know!

This was our first experience at APDO. I was very happy with our care. Keeli the hygienist was super friendly and knowledgeable. We really appreciated the good experience. The office was decorated really welcoming and fun. Now my kids are not upset to go to the dentist!

Just left our first visit! This place is amazing! The staff is incredible and the waiting room features are similar to a theme park. My 11 year old was in awe from the moment we walked in! Keeli was our tech and she was amazing! We’ve been to several dentists and this was by far the best experience all-around!

Had a pleasant experience..they are all so awesome..Maria is autistic and had no problems with getting her teeth cleaned..so worth the hour drive from Borger..A++++++++
