I am not one to simply write a bad review just because. As a matter of fact, I won’t write a review unless I feel very strong about the experience I had with the company regardless good or bad. This review doesn’t go for every Smile Workshop, only for the one based out of Amarillo, Texas. Smile Workshop here in Amarillo is literally a sweatshop. They could care less if you’re happy with your braces or not. They just want the money. I initially went in only because I had one top tooth that was SLIGHTLY pushed forward, and one bottom tooth as well. I always saw different orthodontist there, the one consistent ortho that I did see was very rude and always looked hung over every time I went in. I was scheduled to have my braces on for 9 Months, well because they screwed up along the way I needed up having my braces with them for over 1 1/2 year. Essentially when that same rude lady was ready to take my braces off I informed her that my jaw was off and my bite was off... my top teeth had all shifted left, and all of my teeth were pushed OUT! I informed her I wasn’t happy... her response?? “Well there’s only so much I can do.” Also, informed me that their contracted out at Smile Workshop, so hence reason why NO Orthodontist was EVER consistent there! And requested I get my braces taken off. I declined that and said NO. I left and had to go to a different orthodontist which I’m so grateful for! Essentially now I have to get 4 teeth removed (which smile-workshop did NOT DO) & have my braces put back on correctly. I’m frustrated because I paid Smile Workshop and when they received my money they didn’t mention “there’s only so much they can do” I would highly recommend if you or your children need braces, PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF MONEY & PEACE OF MIND and go to an actual professional Orthodontist this is going to make sure you’re happy and will do what it takes to make sure your teeth are the best that they can be! When I called corporate office they gave me the run around and didn’t do ANYTHING to make things right! SAVE YOURSELF MONEY, don’t go through having to pay MONEY TWICE because they “can only do so much!” You and your family deserve more!

WORSE OFFICE EVER.I had to put one star to write the review or else itd be -10. My daughter had a crown put on today and tonight were at the ER, tomorrow another dentist and all because of this horrible place. The assistant had to be replaced because the Dr thought she was being to rough and was incapable of assisting correctly, they did not know how to make the mold and had to redo multiple times also after 2 months of waiting for the crown period. Never called to even let me know it had arrived. Procedure today ended at 6:30 due to incompetent employees, 3 shots and an unbelievable mess. The other Amarillo location is not no where near this one. Id NEVER ever recommend this place. The front desk employees are incompatible of performing their jobs as well. Not only are they rude, they do not perform proper office techniques, seemingly their phones and personal conversations are so much more important. Their not even capable of a making a simple appt, which weve had to correct them multiple times a week because didnt even know the correct appt date.This office is a huge ball og mistakes and incompetence. Please do NOT make my same mistake.

The women at the front desk smile, never greeted me and this is the 2nd time there. And i did not hear her greet the people behind me. The people at the front desk are the first impression of your company. And the woman taking my payment she was kinda rude when I said I couldn't do the other things the dentist wanted to work on. She didn't need to keep on about coming back when I say I will be back after the first of the year except it and drop it. If we dont have the money just say " ok see you next year when you are ready."

Very thorough and very gentle. My son had a great experience with Dr. Rigby. We definitely will be coming back.

Great experience! Gloria is the best!! My kids love getting to see her everyone we come.

It was my 1st time here and I felt like I was given the run around my insurance wasn't checked properly or not at all was told I would be taken care of that day but because someone didn't do there job I have to go back and pay more

I was running 10 minutes late because I forgot my wallet. I called them and they were very accommodating, got me in and fixed up in no time.
