The place is clean, I did not wait long, the front staff is courteous. The dentists and dental assistant were very professional and kind. This is my second visit and I am satisfied with my care.

Went in for a basic check-up/cleaning… they refused and said I had to pay for a deep cleaning. Total scam and the lady “dismissed” me when I told her I just wanted the basic cleaning. Rip off.

My doctor, Dr. Meadgen, was so patient with me! I do not like any doctor working in my mouth! Dr was so amazing and talked me though everything! I highly recommend him!

This has been my dentist for many years now. The staff is always friendly and professional. I can tell they generally like working there as sometimes I see them joking amongst themselves.
They never pressure me for additional services. They recommend, but if I decline it is okay. I know that Dr. Rigby will be honest if a service can wait. When I had a crown that was wearing out he told me each time whether it could wait. Finally after probably 3 or 4 years he let me know it needed to be done in the next 6 months. The staff gave me an estimate and, once I paid, an appointment.
Anytime I have services outside of cleanings, they give me costs and payment options so I don't have an surprises. I appreciate the staff here and have another cleaning appointment in 2023.

It was awful. They was very rough with my nine year old grandson. And disrespectful . He had just been to a different dentist six months earlier for cleaning and exam . But due to insurance we had to go elsewhere. And just six months earlier he had no cavities. But they treated us like he had never been to the dentist and that he needed a lot of work done. And extensive cleaning. They tore his gums up cleaning his teeth and caused a lot of bleeding . All unnecessary. In which traumatized him and he is now scared of the dentist . I will never return to their office or refer anyone else especially a child .I am only giving the one star to the front desk lady who was very nice .

I broke a tooth and called them at 4:45pm and they had me in at 10:30 the next morning and they put together a plan❗️All the staff are all super nice and super friendly and super helpful! Found my new place❗️💯💥
