Whatever happened to getting things done in one visit? Used to be you could get an extensive cleaning done on both sides of the mouth at the same time as the initial visit.

I had 2 crowns installed and was quoted that the insurance would pay 50% of it. The insurance declined it because the dentist failed to properly document why it was a necessity and not a cosmetic procedure.
Smile workshop then told me I would have to contact the insurance and dispute it myself so I did. The insurance explained to me smile workshops mistake so I told smile workshop and they said they would send in a new evaluation to clear it up with the insurance.
I had no contact with them for over 6 months so I assumed they had fixed the error. They then sent me a 625$ bill. I called them to get clarification and they told me I was supposed to deal with the insurance company and they had no notes of anything I told them about needing to resubmit to the insurance.
I have paid the 625$ and smile workshop has now lost a loyal customer because of this.

I was very worried going in, since it's been about 10years since my last visit to a dentist, everyone was so nice and helpful. All the attendants we're super nice and layed back. They put any worries I has at ease and made it a more enjoyable and less nerve wracking experience.

I hate change and having to find a new dentist was frustrating. Each staff member was courteous and helped the best they could from desk to dentist. Dana and the rest of the staff was very personable and would talk to me and communicate like people and not robots. They suggested me for additional work, and when I had questions they found me another nice individual who was able to answer everything completely. Great place. Highly recommend.

The staff was very understanding and comforting about my fear of being there. I believe it was Isaiahs who did my cleaning and he was very kind and gentle but efficient. Dr Rigby was very personable and explained everything well. I will definitely be back with less anxiety in 6 months!
