The doctors are so professional, gentle and reassuring, I don’t dread dental work any more! The staff is excellent, and even the billing office will go the extra mile for you. I never thought I would fall in love with a dental office, but this one won my heart!

Outstanding family practice. You'll receive gentle and patient service from both doctors, and a thorough cleaning from the hygienists. The doctors have always made timely and innovative suggestions for our family's oral care, and treatments have been reasonably priced if not less than other practices have quoted. Modern Family dentistry has expertly handled our family's regular checkups and cleanings, x-rays, sealants, small chip repairs through bonding, fillings, crowns, and Invisalign (clear, progressive braces). We are very pleased with Drs. Maggie and Benjamin. These lovely people stay current and are very informative, patient, and gentle with those they take care of, and yes, they will follow up to ensure you're comfortable and satisfied with your dental procedures.

Kashlyn is a great hygienist. She took the time to explain how to take care of my mouth and why. I came in with inflamed gums and was concerned that all the work she was doing would make them more sore. But they felt instantly better once she was done. She had explained that the soreness was from bacteria, and once she removed it would be feel better, and she was right. My gums were better instantly!

I have no complaints about the Dr's. Both Dr Sharfae's are excellent dentists. What I can no longer deal with is they're office manager. The last two appointments I have had she has called me, more like harassed me that my insurance was invalid. Knowing perfectly well my insurance was up to date I had my husband the cardholder call his work and verify everything on our end . Come to find out she called the wrong telephone number on the card! She did this TWICE! After the second time when I went in for my appointment I asked the lady at the desk what we could do to resolve the problem for good, Carol the office manager comes out and tells me we need to go to the Principals office in the back, (I'm not kidding she said that, I'm 38 years old and she said that to me ). She kindly explained that I'm not they're only patient and she just doesn't have the time to recheck everyone's insurance . And that the fact that they still take insurance is really a courtesy to they're clients. ‍.
I was really upset and so was my husband , but it didn't seem to matter to them. Anyway the appointment proceeds I need a crown. Covid 19 happens and my appointment is pushed indefinitely. I get a phone call the appointment is rescheduled, I am told I need to sign covid 19 release forms. I do that. I get a text today from Carol saying I haven't done it I fill out the form again and text her back asking her to confirm she received them. She text back oh yes and I found the first form you did thank you. I Am DONE. She has no respect or consideration for my time while she does things with a half heart effort and then makes excuses. I call to cancel the appointment, I want a refund. She asks me what's wrong Amylyn? I finally tell her well I'm done dealing with you and your incompetence . I am done with your disrespect and oh by the way I am Mrs. Bunkley to you thank you so much . I hate it when you call me Amylyn. She says ok Ms. Amylyn I'll let the Drs. Know. Goodbye. And that last thing she said calling me by my first name AGAIN let me know I am not imagining it, any of it. She's been doing everything on purpose the whole time.

The staff is friendly and very helpful especially when I was dealing with a throbbing toothache. They worked to get me into their busy schedule and took care of my tooth in a timely manner. I love these guys!!!!!
