Outstanding service and unparalleled personal care. I have been a patient at Modern Family for over a year and have been treated by both Maggie and Ben. Both doctors are highly skilled and efficient, but I have been particularly impressed by their patience and willingness to listen to my dental treatment goals. They took my input to create a personalized treatment plan which included teeth-whitening, bone grafting to regrow my receded gum-line, as well as crowns and an implant to replace an out-dated bridge. They accepted our low-budget insurance coverage and also provided additional payment options. In all, I am very happy with the service and care from Modern Family and would recommend them to everyone.

We have been going to Modern Family Dentistry of Oak Hill for about 6 years. We absolutely love them! Dr. Maggie is wonderful with our kids, and they have been going to her since they were teeny. Dr. Benjamin Sharfae also does great work. They are a power couple! Great beside manner, super friendly, and outstanding at their jobs. The front desk staff are super friendly, and they work hard to reschedule appointments or work us into the schedule when needed. The hygienists are top notch, too. I highly recommend this practice for kids and adults alike. Oh, and I didn't even mention the coffee and massage chair in the waiting room! Add WIFI, and it makes for a mini-spa experience while I'm waiting for my kiddos to get their check-ups done! In times of COVID, the practice has gone above and beyond the safety recommendations. I was very nervous to come to the office during the pandemic, but I was so assured that I made appointments for my 3 kids after mine was done with such rigorous safety protocols in place everywhere. I highly recommend Modern Family Dentistry.

Dr Benjamin Sharfae and staff have always been very professional, friendly and efficient! Excellent communication and always punctual appointments are a great benefit. I’m very pleased with the service and attention I have received for many years and that they continue to provide today.

I love Dr Maggie and Dr Benjamin. Just plain good, caring people. Best dentists our family has ever had. Also Lina the dental hygienist is wonderful. She is thorough, caring, conscientious and very detail oriented. The front desk staff are also sweet.

I have found the dental team at Modern Family to be absolutely top notch! So glad I was referred here several years ago, and have always received excellent care ever since. Whatever the procedure- fillings, crown replacement even just yesterday- all done with emphasis on COMFORT and consideration of the patient in a calm atmosphere. My cleaning with Lina was a breeze as usual and I was able to get in a few days later for 2 fillings with Dr. Benjamin. I felt absolutely no pain and the fillings look and feel really good. Always a great experience at Modern Family Dentistry.

I hate to rate this place so high because then everyone will come and it'll just be harder for me to get an appointment. I've been very happy with this dentist for over 15 years! Great dentist and great hygienists! I always recommend them to my friend who ask.

I have been going to Dr. Maggie and Dr. Benjamin for a couple of years now and I am really happy with the experience. I really feel like they listen to you and have an open conversation. The communication they have with you as a patent feels really comfortable. They really take the time to explain and go over your chart with you. I don't ever feel rushed when I go there like they are trying to hurry up and get on to the next patient. They are excellent!

I've been a patient at Modern Family Dentistry for over 10 years. They have always seen me at my scheduled time (or contacted me before my appointment to let me know if they are running behind). The whole staff is friendly, professional and always provides exceptional service. I have recommended MFD to friends who have also become permanent patients.

Both Dr. Maggie and Dr. Benjamin are kind and considerate - I'm a bit of a problem child when it comes to my teeth - and always professional in all they do.

They've changed my life considerably as they've spent years undoing bad dental work and dealt with the cards genes dealt me. For the first time in my life, my mouth is now in a stable place and I'm looking at only future preventative care, rather than loads of more work to be done.
