I came in for the final fit of my top denture. They took the extra time to do the small adjustments needed for a good fit. They are professional but very friendly making you feel comfortable. This and the great sale they had make this a great place for your dental needs

The dentist was really nice and understood what I was saying. she didn't say nothing about how my teeth was so bad, she wants to save as many as she can and truthfully thats what I want they believed what I said. I highly recommend the female I seen. Just prices isn't cheap

Oh my gosh ! Everyone was sooo nice and made me feel so comfortable! I mean from the minute you walk in you feel welcomed. I have a lot of work to be done and was a little embarrassed but they just kept saying I’m so glad you came and we will get you all fixed up. The only thing I can say is it took a little while ( first visit ) but I didn’t mind so much because everyone was so nice. We just moved back to Brownwood and I’ve been to a few dentist but didn’t care for them and didn’t want my treatment done there. I’m pretty sure I just found my forever dentist office and I’m so excited about it !! 10 out of 10 I would recommend🤗.

Dr. Chava was great! Nicki Joe was great! Everyone was great! They made me feel welcomed and very comfortable! I will definitely be returning for further dental work! Thank y'all so much!!

The staff and doctor are very nice, courteous, and knowledgeable. But I had purchased an expensive mouthpiece for my bruxism and they didn't call me when it came in and offered me only 1 early morning appointment to come get it or if have to wait another week for it. I have heart problems and early mornings are tough for me until my heart medication kicks in. But I'm going in the morning to get it so that my jaw will stop hurting. I'm disappointed that they had the appliance for almost a week and never called me to let me know.

I had an appointment scheduled at 2 pm. I was here early for my appointment. It is now 2:50 and they have taken someone else back now twice before me and all they are telling me is that they are short staffed in the front or the back. I could have worked more than another hour before leaving for my this appointment. This is ridiculous! I sure hope their actual services are worth this because they have lost an entire families business if it isn’t.

It was awesome. For being a dentist. Staff was very friendly and understanding. Answered all my questions. Made me feel at ease

If you chose Aspen Dental to go to for your care based of the online "pricing" you'll be walking out paying a lot more than what Is advertised. I called and asked about pricing for extractions. I was told $200 was max for an extraction that required surgery/grafting... I had 2 simple extractions and walked paying almost $500 out of pocket. I ONLY went to Aspen because of the pricing. Didn't even get a discount for paying cash or 20%off they claim to give you online. The doc was gentle with me and made it an ease to get my extractions ill give them that. Waiting was long in the chair but the doc was als running around trying to see everyone in an efficient time so I understand. When I received my treatment plan I went over it before I agreed to anything and saw multiple charges for things that was not nessecary. A $150 toothbrush? Yall need to fix your advertising!

The driver was really nice ! However the inside of the vehicle look like she had just unpacked her car from a long vacation with her children ( it could use a rag, some elbow grease, and 409). Regardless, she dropped what she was doing when I needed her and came straight away. She was very sweet and seem to know her way around Brownwood with ease. I will definitely be using her again !

I would give zero stars if it let me. I am VERY dissapointed with how this staff is allowed to speak to their patients. I went in for wisdom teeth removal and was very nervous and met with absolutely zero sympathy at all, which is fine. No problem. What is a problem however, is how I was treated at my next appointment. I was scheduled for a root canal and unfortunately had to cancel the appointment due to my job needing me at work. My tooth broke right on the nerve a few days later and I tried to get in for an emergency appointment because I was in terrible pain and was unable to eat or even shut my jaw without crushing the tooth even more. I waited 8 days before they were able to get me in for my “emergency” appointment. The dentist berated me for not coming in when she had scheduled me to and told me it was my fault for not doing what she told me to. She then proceeded to tell me that she couldn’t do anything for me and told me to “chew on the other side” and to “blend my food up if it hurts that bad”. I spoke to the woman who schedules the appointments and she said she couldnt get me in for another two weeks to have my tooth fixed. I left that office in tears because of how they spoke to me and how they treated my very real emergency. They are advertized as the only emergency dentist in this area and it is made abundantly clear that you should go somewhere else if you truly have an emergency because they do not care. The cherry on top is that when I recieved my bill for services, they charged me almost 1 thousand dollars more than what was discussed and written down for me at our consult. When aspen refused to solve my problem, I went to smile doctors the day after and had my tooth fixed that same day. Please take your business elsewhere. Somewhere you will be heard, cared for in a timely manner, and not overcharged.

Edit: a coworker/friend of mine also went in for wisdome teeth removal and when they sent her home after, she had a seizure, choked on her gauze, and was in the ER all day
