Aspen Dental

NO idea how they have so many positive reviews on google. Yelp seems to have a better view of just how HORRIBLE they are. Went to Aspen Dental and was told I might have mouth cancer by the dental assistant prior to any cancer screening, biopsy OR Dentist input. Afterwards was told I needed over $7,000 of work done... was not even in any pain. They wanted half payment upfront even with Insurance. When I came home in tears my husband called them immediately and they told him I was lying. Went to a different dentist (private practice of over 35 years) no cancer, no $7,000 bill and a wonderful cleaning. Do yourself a favor and skip aspen dental in BROWNWOOD, TX not worth it.

I moved to Brownwood in 2018 after a 28-year relationship with Dallas, Texas and wasn't yet established with a Dental practice here in the area. I went in to find out what I could do about a partially broken tooth (lower left / 3rd from the back) that was excruciatingly painful. Thankfully, I was able to get in within a week of the tooth break. The office staff and dental assistants were all very professional, kind and accommodating. However, as soon as the dentist saw my x-rays and images, she said to me, "You've been a very bad girl." I was a little shocked by that comment, as I was in there for a broken tooth that I hadn't actually planned to happen. She started poking around and reading off the codes for each of my teeth to the assistant, and I heard, "Ext" for one tooth and "Crown" for the next tooth, but I couldn't tell which two teeth she was pointing at, then the same thing again with two other teeth. I told her it felt as though she was pointing to two teeth towards the front on top, and she exclaimed, "Why would I be pointing at your front teeth?!" I told her that I didn't know why, but since she was coding all of my teeth, I just wanted to make sure she wasn't. At that point, I really just wanted to get the appointment wrapped up. Finally, on my way out, I read this on a print, in their hallway, "Judgement-free Dentistry"...I was like, yeah right, perhaps the dentist needs to be made aware of their philosophy! Also, they don't offer Nitrous in their office for patients like me with extreme (Dental) anxiety!

By far my most enjoyable experience going to the dentist. Staff was very friendly and their bedside manner was impeccable. Quite literally the fastest tooth extraction I've ever had done.

I have been in the "peoples" business over 50 years and have always demanded "good customer service". I would like to commend Dr. Wilson, Erica, Alisa, Rikki and all the employees of your location in Brownwood, Texas!!!

Went to Aspen Dental in Brownwood, Tx Friday 09/17/2021 for complete teeth extraction. Dr Chava and her staff and I do mean everyone working there did a Fantastic job. I am 78 years "young" cannot stand pain and they worked on me for 3.5 hours, taking all my teeth out and fitting a complete set of upper and lower dentures!!!
I recommend them 100 PerCent!!! Thanks to All of you wonderful Ladies for Helping me.

Aspen Dental in Brownwood, TX has the friendliest and most professional staff that I've encountered in a long time, at any kind of business. Everyone was very efficient and even though they were wearing mask (covid 19 precaution) you could tell by their eyes that they were smiling. My procedure was done by well trained individuals and was totally painless. Looking forward to my next visit.

Very nice staff. I am petrified of the dentist, I had a really bad experience when I was younger. So it had been years since I got up enough courage to go. They understood my fear and mad me very comfortable. The dentist herself was amazing, gentle and kind. I will be going back.

They make you feel welcome as soon as you open their door. Friendly and very compassionate. I hap a great experience with them and will most definitely return.

This is by far the most unprofessional office I have ever dealt with. I had an appointment booked for over a month for a Saturday morning a few weeks ago. After confirming my appointment a week prior, I showed up to a locked office. After knocking for about five minutes a girl answered the door and told me that their dentist had left for the day. The following Monday I called to reschedule with them for the second time. This time it was a little different. Instead of me showing up to an empty office they had the courtesy of giving me a call less than a day in advance to tell me yet again they don’t have a dentist working. So in conclusion, I have wasted a little over two months trying to get into see their dentist. If it’s an emergency, or you need to get in quick I would recommend you take your business anywhere else.

Extremely nice people great prices and very clean facilitie.

The staff was friendly, but way overpriced. The work I was needing done would have cost me over $4,000. I have insurance, mind you. I chose to get a second opinion at another location, where they only charged me $1200. Maybe if they actually made it affordable, and work with people instead of only giving them 2 options, like they advertise, they might keep more business.
