It was our first visit for my 6 month old and they were kind and friendly! They related to me and made me feel like we had been friends for a long time. Hopefully they stay this way for all of our visits! The only thing was for a month or so the appt was scheduled for 11 am (I had received many reminders through text) and then they called the day before and said it was at 10...and then I received a text saying 10 so I’m not sure what happened there. But I’m not busy so it wasn’t a big deal for me, but I could see if being an issue for another person who works or has school!

My children have been attending Kennedy Dental Care for about 15 years. All of the staff, both dental & orthodontic, are friendly & professional. They are great with children. The facility is clean & inviting with an ocean/seaside theme. We highly recommend this practice.

Quick, clean,love the staff. They did an awesome job of reminding me of the appt via text,email, phone... I really appreciated it being a mom of two toddlers, i tend to be forgetful. I also really appreciated the birthday card for my baby.. keep up the good work

They were great with my son! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to take my son for treatment they’re super patient and very nice didn’t wait long at all. Would definitely recommend to my friends or family. They also helped me keep my kids distracted in the play room while they discussed information with me and filled out paperwork.

I had the most horrendous experience today.
My son had an appointment at 830 am guaranteed "first appointment of the day" reassuring me it wouldn't be the usual 1 hour wait, well guess what it was the usual 1 hour wait and I had to walk out because my son had an appointment at 10 am. What they couldnt explain to me was why there was a wait so long and why people showing up after me left before me. Genuinely terrible experience, no 2 year old deserves to wait over an hour for a 5 minute exam. Please save your time and find a better dentist.

Great facility and staff! Always clean, relatively fast seeing patients and good with children who are slightly unwilling. They don’t push the kids to do anything they don’t want to within reason. Very gentle and kind to my child. Would highly recommend this dentistry.

I absolutely love the Doctors here, my reason for 2 stars is because I had an new patient appointment for my baby. I arrived 10 minutes early, I was given paperwork which I was informed to fill out and that's it. Well I waited about 40 minutes until the receptionist them handed me another paper to fill out , so I handed her the first forms I was given ,so I kindly asked how much longer the wait was because my other son had an appointment somewhere else right after and she said "we were waiting on your paperwork that you just handed me" like why didn't they say to turn it in as SOON AS WE ARE DONE FILLING IT OUT? OR BETTER YET WHY DIDN'T SHE CHECK TO SEE IF I WAS DONE ? I WAS THE ONLY PERSON SITTING IN THE LOBBY WHILE SHE WAS YAPPING AWAY WITH CO-WORKERS. I will be switching dentist for all 3 of my children. This isn't the first time I've had to wait super long when I arrive early for an appointment. Last time they kept my 2&3 year old waiting for over an hour until they lost their paitence from sitting in that tiny little patient room.

Never had an issue with the place in 3 years and now COVID has made them a nightmare to deal with. They want my 1.5 year old to wear a mask or a blanket over their head, she’s not going to keep a mask on and I have to put her down to fill out paper work and do all the hand washing so now the blanket is dragging on the ground. Then I can’t bring my 3 year old in who has a mask on... what am I supposed to do with her? Leave her in the car? Do they not have other stay at home moms with kids that go there? I won’t be going back and the front desk lady was very rude.

My boys have been going to this dentist since they were little. I appreciate them taking time to listen to my concerns as a parent. I appreciate them keeping me updated on appointments through text & email. Their facility is clean and their staff is friendly. ❤

I love that they are so patient with children. My son is 3 and just received his first "big boy" cleaning. The hygienist took the time to explain all the different tools to him and what they did. She was very kind and gentle throughout the cleaning process. When the dentist came in, she explained what and how she was going to do the exam and it really goes a long way with children. We have been going to Kennedy Dental for three years and will continue to go for all of our children's check ups.
