Kennedy Dental Care- Saratoga Office

Very friendly staff. My 19 month old not only enjoyed her first and second visit she loves the playroom. The doctors here were highly recommended and I recommend Kennedy Dental for pediatric dentistry.

We had a great first experience here yesterday. The hygienist was kind enough to explain everything going on to my son who is very inquisitive. The dentist spent a long time reviewing different options that I had for my son's cavity. I would recommend this place to friends and others.

We love the boat theme of the office! Our young son had a great time. The hygienist was super sweet and so was Dr. Kennedy. It was a very friendly environment and they made us feel very comfortable. My son probably didn't even know it was a dental office.

Very upset with the outcome of my request. Called the saratoga facility yesterday and was helped by someone at the front desk. After me answering a couple of questions about the copy of the receipts I needed for my sons visit and I was finally told “I’m transferring you to Holly who handles this.” I gave Holly minimal information because she was already told what I needed. I confirmed my email and she said she would do it. I called back this morning around 10AM, asked to be transferred to Holly, was placed on hold for more than 5 minutes with no update. Hung up and called back. Asked if I could speak with a supervisor, placed on hold, then receptionist comes back on the line and say she’s in a meeting. I asked again if I could speak to Holly and not be placed on hold for another 5 minutes. She tells me Holly is sitting at her desk and doesn’t know why she didn’t pick up. I get transferred to Holly AGAIN. Holly comes on and “says” that she emailed me to receipts and doesn’t know why they weren’t sent. She tells me she will look into it and call me back. I asked if I will get a call back today, she states yes. I confirm my email address AGAIN. I call back at 4:30 because I had not received an email or phone call. I speak with Holly and explain that I never received a call back and she states she sent the email. I tell her I didn’t get it. She repeats my email address and it is incorrect. I told her if she sent it it would have been nice if she called me to let me know, like she said she would, instead of me having to reach back out to her. Zero consideration. She continuously kept cutting me off and making excuses about how their system was updating.

In and out surgery. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was comfortable at all times. Very gentle and kind. The doctor and Anesthesiologist both were very informative and made sure I understood what was going to happen to my daughter during her procedure as well as what to expect afterwards.

Absolutely love bringing my daughter here. Her hygienist is always calm, patient and welcoming whenever we go for our routine cleaning. Amazing staff, highly would recommend !

This office is Awesome. It accommodated my 3 children at the same time perfectly. I was able to chair hop to make sure all children we're doing well. Exelent treatment plans top notch all around. Unfortunately not in my insurance network and have to pay the premium myself wich is pretty high, so had to find a different dentist.

This was the first visit for my granddaughter's and I was so impressed with the way things turned out today. It was a smooth transition from the time we arrived until we checked out. Dr. Pruitt and her staff were very informative. Great place for kids, I will be recommending this practice to family and friends.

I love this dental office, the ladies are so awesome and I had to have my daughter get a tooth pulled and had Dr Pruitt do it and she was so sweet to my daughter and really eased her mind about it. She's eight and hates the dentist and was really nervous but dr Pruitt was patient and talked her calmly and everything went great. My daughter said when we left that she loves dr Pruitt she's so nice. I agree totally. Thank you so much to all staff, you are all so sweet.

Great experience for my daughter. After her last visit to a terrible dentist in kingsville she refused to let touch her or open her mouth for him. I found Kennedy dental and was hoping for the best. I was afraid how she would do but dr. Pruitt was so great with her. She talked to her about her babies, let her wear sunglasses while they had the light on and she opened her mouth for exam without hesitation. She did so well with it. She then talked to my daughter about mermaids, seashells, and the beach. My daughter liked her alot. The staff is super friendly, and so great with my skeptical, shy daughter. Made her feel comfortable. The check out lady Sherri was super sweet and helpful. Definitely reccomend kennedy dental
