Dr. Booth was amazing!
My daughter has always been afraid of going to the dentist and she was giggling and asking questions and every question she asked had a perfect answer! I defiantly loved it here. Dr. Booth even sang to my daughter when she looked nervous I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Thank you Dr. Booth and your incredible staff!

Really happy I found this place . My son who’s 4 is very active and looks forward to the dentist. They have an indoor playground that’s amazing and tv room . And massage chair for parents to relax . The dentist and staff are so great and answer all your questions.

Awesome staff and service. Very nice and comfortable establishment. Made our dental appointment a place we wanted to be instead of dreading having to wait at any other place. Made taking the kids to the dentist a very pleasant experience. I reccomend to EVERYONE!!

Today was my 1st time at Smile Magic. It was an awesome experience. The staff and the Mr. Booth were awesome!! My son loved the atmosphere. I highly recommend this to everyone even adults. Everyone was super nice and attentive!! I even met the office manager Tatiana which she was great!

Dentist spent about 2 minutes with ultrasonic cavitron. It very much bothered me with noise transmitted through the back teeth that was very intense and high frequency to me. Then he spent ca. 2 to possibly 3 minutes per my request in traditional manual scaling technique in lieu of ultrasonic device. So, the cleaning was 5 minutes in total. I don't know if this is standard or not. Seems a bit limited in time but what to do.
Also as the dentist was aware of my tinnitus on new documentation, and my explanation to him with my wearing earplugs and earmuffs in front of him before the unknown procedure to me, he went ahead anyway with the cavitron scaler. I did not know that the earmuffs offer no protection because sound is transmitted from back teeth directly to the inner ear with device-but he surely must have. If you search the literature, you will find the device is not so safe in terms of noise exposure to all patients. The main reason the device is used is to save time and money because manual scaling does not harm the ears and is as efficient. Now my tinnitus seems worse.

It took a hour n half with my 3 & 4 yo for one thing which is ridiculous! Like y have a appointment. Then they allowed what looked like a 13-14 yo kid on the playground pushed my special needs 3 yo over 3 times in which I addressed it Everytime even tho staff did not let's not forget how he was coughing and coughing and coughing all over the place all over my kids with no mask. I ended up getting my kids & going to theatre room just to get away from him. I mean we were covid screened upon arrival... Are u telling me that nobody from staff heard him coughing up his lung for the hour we were in waiting room???

Staff was very nice. Dentist was nice and took his time explaining everything. Didn't feel like it was a rushed visit. Felt a little out of place as the waiting area and rooms where made for children but will go back
