This place is a complete joke.. they finally called me and I was speaking to Lilly at the pinnacle park and she said my insurance is no good... when I gave the updated info the last time I was there and had that terrible experience. I told her I was gonna merge the call with my mom so she can give Lilly all the information. The call dropped and Lilly never ONCE called back and now I keep getting the people at the call center and they said my insurance is good and covers. Unorganized!!!!

Leslie was a great dental assistant she is very attentive and makes you feel welcomed upon every visit. Dr. Lin was always informative and shows great care for his patients. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

The staff and the dentist are very efficient and friendly! Sometimes the wait is a little longer than needed but that’s expected with any health procedures. Highly recommend this location. I’m Very pleased with my service here and glad I came upon this location randomly while I was trying to avoid rush hour on my home.

Jefferson Dental always take care of me. They always walk me through everything. They explain the treatments and payments in detail. They also make sure to apply any specials that they have going. Dr. Patel and the whole crew are professional and courteous. I've been with them about 3 years.

I recently got braces and everytime I visit the customer service is great not just from the front staff but every employee I encounter along with the doctor. Totally recommend for orthadontist and dental needs.

So I got my braces off today I love the results. I used to be self conscious about my teeth and this was the best choice I made. Thank you so much to Dr. Lin and the assistants that have been part of this journy with me.

Absolutely TERRIBLE. I was sent to the Pinnacle Park location which was 30+ minutes out of my way, to SPECIFICALLY speak to the orthodontics department as well as complete a simple routine check up. Every single person that entered my room, I politely reminded about my orthodontic concerns, and was assured every single time that they’d be right with me. My concerns were brushed off every single time. Not only did I wait 3-4 hours to be attended, after the routine check up was completed, the manager told me it was too late to speak to the orthodontics department. Keep in mind my appointment was set up at 12pm., and when I called to set up the appointment I specifically requested to have an orthodontic consultation. Absolutely nothing was done, and all she had to say was “I’m sorry”. Do not recommend Jefferson Dental for ANYONE, not worth while at all. I tried to be patient and understanding with the staff, and try to give them the benefit of the doubt only to be completely dissatisfied and disappointed with the entire experience. Please do not waste your time.

I called as a new patient due to a filling that came out. I called several other locations and no one would see me until Monday. When I called Jefferson dental I explained to the lady ( Marissa) on the phone I was having pains and she told me they could take me in right away. I didn’t wait longer than 15 minutes to be seen. The place is clean and staff is professional. I was taken care of by Dr. Lisa and assistant Zoraida. Both made the process quick and painless. I was pleased with the service that I’m also going to get my wisdom teeth pulled. I highly recommend this place.

The staff is so friendly, and amazing I’ve never felt out of place here everytime I came to my appointments. They never took long and I was always attended so fast. Dr. Lin is so great and friendly he always made sure you were comfortable before you left the office. Yessenia she is so sweet and has a big heart for the patients. Susan was great and friendly very welcoming. Sarah and Cheli were amazing they always made sure I was being well taken care of before leaving and coming to my next appointment. Throughout my whole experience if I could do it again I surely would they are just so amazing I’ve never met so many caring people in my life. Thank you again ♥️♥️
