I got a deep cleaning yesterday. I’ve had painful experiences in the past at other dental offices but the hygienist Isabel was so sweet and made me feel calm. She even put some music on for me to relax. She did an amazing job and I had no pain whatsoever. She took the time to educate me about my mouth and gave me great tips on what I could use at home. I feel that she truly cared about me, this is something I’ve never experienced before at the dentist. I highly recommended her.

Where do I start , the team at Pinnacle Park is OUTSTANDING!! I do want to give a shout out to Monica from breaking down every aspect of my orthodontist treatment & making me laugh .
Not only did Dr.Lin & his staff educated me and provided great customer service from the front staff all the way to the back. I feel so comfortable and excited to start my treatment , not only do they offer great prices for braces . . BUT , it’s a 2 in 1 .
They offer a GENERAL DEPARTMENT!! It’s definitely a plus , 2 in 1 all under 1 roof! Thank you Pinnacle Park for giving me a great experience! I will definitely be recommending my family & friends. I look forward to seeing you in the next visit!

Lots of respect to Dr. Lin. He is a very busy guy. Despite this, he takes his time to address every tooth. He doesn’t rush you. He is honest and wants the best solution for you.
Danny hooked up my top braces. He was satisfied with his work so I was good.
The MVP today was María. She helped us get the best treatment for the best prices. It’s always good when you have a team that serves your best interest. Keep up the great job. Y’all will see my face and teeth frequently, so..I leave with a smile 😃

My son can not smiling from ear to ear. Dr. Lin is absolutely the best. My son son confidence is through the roof, all because he has the smile he dreamed off. As a mother I can't stop smiling my self seeing my son so happy and proud of his smile. Again thank you so much Dr Lin and your team Jessica - D.A. And Stephanie - Manager!!! I went in today and i was really upset because the automatic system or corporate office is not in sync with the Jefferson location! I had to call and reschedule 3-4 times, one time i actually went to the location and was turned away because the corporate office that scheduled my appointment did not have the right times, ANYWAY, Today Isabella was AMAZING!!! She made me feel so much better as well as cleaned my teeth so well AND gave me great advice about my teeth! So Isabella saved the day, thanks girl!

If I could give zero stars I would. I had an appointment scheduled at 1615 for a general cleaning. Saw the doctor and hygienist (X-Rays and Exam). No cavities. Everything looked great. I was told their manager was coming in to speak to me about price. At 1730, Vas (their manager) came in to tell me I would need to re-schedule my cleaning to another day and time because they have one hygienist and she would be taking a long time with another patient. I didn’t understand why I would be inconvenienced by scheduling another appointment, she restated it was because it’s the end of the day, the hygienist was with another patient, and their office was closing. I asked if there was someone else I could speak with and was told their corporate phone number is not working and she would send an email on my behalf. If I didn’t have braces I would never come to this establishment ever again.

I see everyone has the same negative experience and nothings being done about it.

Just like everyone in the low star section. I was told my appointment was at 4, was not even brought back until almost 5. Had a painful time getting basic X-rays done because the tech kept stabbing my mouth.
Almost 6 comes around. Had a 5 second check by a doctor going on about having to do a deep clean and not a normal clean that was covered by my insurance. At least 3 different people came by with 3 different price quotes. Still nothing had been done with my teeth.
I was advised since it was so late the doctor could not do anything to my teeth. Note I came to my 4 pm appt at 3:50, never got back till almost 5. Now it’s 6:30 and still nothing has been done.
Manager is horrible, never coming back to this location. This office doesn’t care about you as a patient, they just care about how much money you can give them. I’d give them zero stars if I could

Everyone at Jefferson Dental is great, never a problem and they're always quick to be more than helpful with any questions or concerns anyone might have. They always get the job done right and effectively, for as long as I live in texas I'll be coming here without a doubt

Poor service. Scheduled an appointment for a cleaning for 2/11 10:00am. We arrived by 9:30 due to husband having ortho appointment to get braces. 11:00am and I have not been called for my cleaning, was told by receptionist that it is still a 45 minute wait due to them being backed up. Very unprofessional, my time should be respected as I respect theirs. Husband was able to get his braces placed this day but my general cleaning could not… tells you what services and clients they prioritize $$$.
