My dental experience here was excellent and extremely thorough. Dr. Goel is extremely detail oriented and caring, without pushing unnecessary services like other dentists. Her hygienist, Jessica, did a detailed deep cleaning for me, and my teeth looked amazing afterwards. I'm looking forward to seeing them every 6 months for regular check ups and maintenance. 😁😁💕

Great experience at Monarch. I have never had fillings done so comfortably as they were with Dr. Yu. They also got me in the same day as I was stressing about an issue and were willing to work with me on what I needed and offered financing that made me feel really comfortable and at ease. Very happy with my smile today!

Wait 7days for the appointment, and they told me the appointment is just for exam. I have wait another 2 weeks for the teeth cleaning. Come on, it’s just a teeth cleaning🙃

I hate this dentist office. I can't fathom how their reviews are so high.
I made an appointment for today at 1, explicitly telling the person who came to me while I was still in the hygienist's chair last Friday, that I only have Fridays off and I work nights so I'm not even in bed until 2am.
What did she do? She put me down at 8am after telling me I could come at 1.
So what are they trying to do now to fix their mistake? Asking me to reschedule. 🤬

This location is awful. I had to reschedule because the wait time was 1.5 hours, and when I went back they didn’t even have a hygienist available to clean my teeth. I was told they’d call me to schedule the cleaning, but they never did.

Agreeing with the rest. Worst office I've ever visited in 3 states. After being there for 45 minutes (I was ~10 min early) they finally saw me. Insisted I needed x-rays even though I'd just had them at my previous dentist. 2 hours and 18 x-ray's later I was told I'd need to have a cavity drilled. 3 hours now into my appointment and I'm told that I'll need to come back for the cavity and also for my cleaning, but both likely can't be done the same day. WHAT?!?! Here for 3+ hours and my teeth still aren't clean, the sole reason I came in. And my "cavity" isn't drilled either. Probably don't even have one based on the other reviews I've seen. Will be finding a new dentist ASAP - and will never go back to this ridiculous place. Even if I have to pay out of pocket...

This place deserves ZERO STARS, one of the worse experiences I've ever had and the fact I am a black man, I was treated with total disregard. Looking at these comments, it seems im not the only one who wasn't guaranteed a cleaning; made and appointment a week ago for today and arrived and hour early for my appointment, come to my surprise I was then advised I wasn't guaranteed a cleaning. The point making this appointment was to get a cleaning which I advised who I made the appointment with over the phone with. Nowhere did they tell me over the phone I wasn't guaranteed a cleaning bit st the same time if I make and appointment why wouldn't I get a cleaning if that was the main reason to make the appointment. The manager (as she stated she was) was very disrespectful, showed no sympathy as to my frustration and stated no one in the office can guarantee a cleaning which doesn't make any sense if I called to get one. She went back and forth claiming they can't Guarantee a cleaning and even proceeded to the back laughing and chuckling with the other employees at the expense of my frustration. I was humiliated by this woman,and as a black, person her mannerism and tone towards me was very dehumanizing and belittling.

This is my second negative review for Monarch. I was seen at Oak Lawn because their Irving practice didn't have a hygienist. Oak Lawn demonstrated a lack of understanding and information about my treatment plan, saying they had never heard of the specific fluoride treatment that the Irving Monarch recommended. And, after my cleaning, one of my teeth felt chipped. When I mentioned this, the hygienist said it was probably already like that, though there was no indication of this prior to the cleaning. It's important to note that Monarch invites patients to contact them directly about negative experiences and to leave positive reviews publicly. Therefore, the high average (public) ratings are likely inaccurate and inflated. In my recent experience, Monarch puts corporate bureaucracy and profit over patients' needs.

I've been going to the Lemmon Monarch for 5 years now. I've never had any issues, the staff have all been wonderful, they work great with my insurance plan, let me know what I owe up front, nothing has ever been a surprise. I've had a lot of work done and wouldn't change to anyone else. There's a new Doctor and I was nervous at first for a change, but he's been great and like him just as much as the previous. Shocks me honestly to see people that have had such problems. I've even sent numerous friends and they all still go to Lemmon Monarch and enjoy it.

Finally I found a good dental practice. I found staff, dental assistance and the doctors all very friendly. They made me feel as if they have known me for ever and if they are expediting all the steps to make me feel special. But these are all non technicalities. What I appreciated about Dr. Tirmizi was she was so understanding and educated on my situation, what is causing the pain and swelling in my gums and then explained all options that can be exercised to make my situation better. She was so meticulous that I told her, I will go with her judgement and that was one right decision, I took. Thank you doctor and the staff. I will highly recommend all my family and friends to only see you when they need any dental work to be done on them.
