They have a State of the Ark facility and gave me the
most professional healthcare experience I ever have had. Easy scheduling, great location, and lots of services offered.
Dr. P is fantastic, and Ola THE FLOSS BOSS was soo impressive at her job; I'd vote for her if she ran for President.

I went to PCFD for a general cleaning as well as fillings and replacement of an inlay and oral cancer screening as well as wisdom tooth removal - a lot!

Both dental hygienists were exceptional both in practice and personality! They really put me at ease and made good conversation, as much as one can converse with dental tools in your mouth.

Dr Hubbard was great he was friendly and explained the what, why and how of what he recommended.

My wisdom tooth extraction was fine except for one which I remember was really difficult to remove and it wasn’t the most graceful extraction but the other two that were removed were very easy and healed quickly. I did have some pain in the one wisdom tooth that was removed so when I came back he recommended I have a liquid diet u til it healed for around 4 weeks. I nodded and had a smoothie king for lunch but I wasn’t going on a liquid diet for 4 weeks! He recommended I use the syringe they gave me after each meal and that kept the wound clean and the pain was no longer an issue.

My bite was a bit off because of the inlay that he replaced with a composite material even though I thought he told me it would be porcelain like my crown from a previous dentist but instead it was a gritty composite material instead of smooth porcelain as I had expected. Because my bite was off due to the replacement inlay I had to come back and have him file down the inlay and during that he also filed down part of the healthy tooth beneath the inlay which left a bit of a v groove in the formerly perfect tooth. This still bothers me but I haven’t been back yet to have him address it if he will.

Overall my experience was great. I understand dentistry is part science and part art and it’s not always going to be perfect but I will give the. A chance to fix any issues during my next appointment next month for a 6 month checkup.

Outstanding staff and doctor. I had dental pain and they got me in quickly. Everyone was friendly, yet professional. Dr Hubbard has a great bedside manner and he clearly defined the problem and explained it well. I highly recommend them.

It is very difficult to find a good dentist, I am so happy I found a great one! Dr. Lyle Petrutsas is wonderful - I appreciate that he is honest and does not try to sell unnecessary procedures. His work is thorough, Dr. Petrutsas is very detail oriented and takes his time to make sure everything is done perfect. I had a cavity below gum line and was sure the tooth will be lost, but Dr.P was able to save it and new crown looks like real tooth! Everyone in the office is very friendly, no wait time. Plus the location is very convenient. Highly recommend Dr. Petrutsas!

Excellent and thorough service. Very professional staff and friendly group. They went out of their way to make sure I knew what they were going to work on and my comfort was important to them and I highly recommend them.

I've been blown away by the professionalism and service. I highly recommend this Dentist to anyone, they have just about any service you can think of.

I have had cleanings, deep cleanings, gum care, cavity filling, night guard moldings created, and even an upcoming professional whitening. All fantastic service.

They even took photos of my gums after my first visit, which were in rough shape and visually requiring additional care. This was for my education and for insurance proof of the added deep cleaning. The service performed is always top notch and professional. My general knowledge of oral cleanliness has greatly improved from the counseling/Q&A I am able to engage with the staff.

10/10 from someone who has hated the dentist for their entire life. I look forward to going here for routine cleanings.

Unfortunately, my experience mimics a few others that have left a review. I went in for a routine cleaning and they told me I had a cavity and gave a very bleak description of my oral health (in my opinion, a scare tactic). I found this extremely strange since I’ve never had less than stellar reviews and never had a cavity. I am religious about my teeth. I was smart enough to sense something was off and get a second opinion in which my new dentist (reputable and trustworthy) told me nothing was wrong and I didn’t have a cavity? My family member who is also a dentist said the same thing.

I do not like leaving negative reviews and rarely do I feel compelled to share. You cannot run a practice like this. As patients, we put the utmost trust in those providing care and treatment. I would be happy to be reached out to regarding my experience to give more feedback.

If I could give a 10 star rating I would! After years of terribly traumatic experiences with dentists, I would have to prepare myself mentally and physically to even get a simple cleaning and still generally ended in tears, high blood pressure and anxiety. Park Cities Dentistry has been nothing short of AMAZING. My very first appointment I was prepared for another awful experience - I was wrong -and with every visit I continue to be more impressed with this team of CARING and WELL INFORMED providers. I learned more about my dental insurance in 15 minutes thanks to this office staff than I have ever understood in my life. I no longer dread my appointments because I know everyone has my best interest and comfort top of mind. If you wish to have your dental care be a positive experience, I highly recommend Park Cities Dentistry.

Dr. Hubbard and his staff are wonderful! His team has taken care of my teeth since I was a student at SMU. I really appreciate their prompt communication, kind staff, and care during not-so-fun dental work. Their practice makes going to the dentist a much more enjoyable experience. Thank you!
