Trinity Dental Loft - Dallas

Dr. James and all of the ladies at Trinity Dental Loft are amazing! This has by far been the best dentist experience I've ever had and I would recommend anyone go see her! I love the care I receive and I've never been to a dentist office where the actual dentist spends so much time with you and even does the cleaning! Dr. James is professional, kind, and clearly loves what she does. The rest of the staff is equally as friendly and amazing!

I’ve gone here several times and they always handle my appointments very professionally. During my procedures, they’ve made sure that I am comfortable and aware of what will happen during them. The team here is extremely well polished and knowledgeable too! If I ever need dental work, this is the first place on my list.

I had a great experience with Dr. James and staff. I was greeted promptly and professionally by the receptionist and each person following was just as nice. The office was fresh and modern and so updated and I loved the amenities offered! I have definitely found my regular dentist since moving to the area! Thanks Dr. James and staff!

I knew from the detailed website that this was going to be a great experience and I was right! I booked 2 appointment online one by accident. Liz the receptionist called me to to clarify and she was super friendly and professional and followed up with to confirm. I walked into a ultra chic modern space with sounds of Erykah Badu softly playing in the background. Liz welcomed me with a warm greeting and I immediately felt comfortable. Trista was amazing! She is super friendly, very experienced and made me feel safe.
Dr. James has positive warm energy that makes you feel relaxed. She is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle and paid attention to my needs. I received the BEST cleaning ever! Gentle yet thorough!
I originally came in due to a problem with a filling and Dr. James took the time to listen and ask me several questions regarding my dental history which way key and no other dentist did this. After examining my teeth and asking thorough questions, Dr. James was able narrow down the tooth that was hurting.
I’ve seen 4 dentist for this problem and I appreciate her recognizing the issue needs greater attention that is outside the scope of dentistry. Rather than suggesting this is something that can be done in office, Dr. James referred me to orthodontics for further evaluation and follow up with her office.
Dr. James is extremely detailed oriented and she answered all of my questions and provided insight into what was going on.

Everyone was so friendly and I had such a pleasant experience from check in to check out. The Dental Hygienist was so gentle with cleaning yet through and Dr. James explained everything and was absolutely wonderful to my children and myself. I’m so excited to have a dentist who can treat my whole family. Facility was clean and inviting and I would definitely recommend!

I have been a patient at Trinity Dental Loft since they first opened, and each time I have had a great experience. Star is always so personable and really great about reminding me of my appointments. Dr James is very thorough and you can tell by how she works that she really loves what she does. I definitely recommend this office.

Full disclosure, it had been almost 2 years since I had my teeth cleaned. We moved to Dallas almost 4 years ago and had bad luck finding great dental care and then Covid hit. Fast forward to today, my first appointment with Dr. James. I was nervous that I would have a painful experience. Dr. James was wonderful and has a gentle touch. Trisha put my mind at ease as she took those uncomfortable x-rays and my mouth is happy and pain free!

I love everyone ive met thus far from this office. Great staff. They are welcoming and definitely make the dental process fast and painless. I used to dread going to the dentist, but my 2 visits have been an amazing experience. Got cleaning done and had fillings done. 10/10 in my book!!

I recently found Dr. James at Trinity Dental Loft and had my first visit. Her office is new and modern with friendly staff who are taking precautions to protect patients from COVID. Dr. James and her staff are professional and thorough. I was very happy with how my teeth felt and looked at the end of my visit. Dr. James, Tricia, Liz and the entire Trinity Dental Loft Team are all AMAZING. I've seen Dr. James on numerous occasions over the past two-ish years. First I'll say that Dr. James and her team do everything they can to make you feel as comfortable and valued as possible. They truly care about each patient. Everyone is so professional yet warm. I felt right at home here from the very beginning. Dr. James is very thorough in her practice and ensured my well being during each of my visits. Tricia was always there to greet me with a smile and great conversation (even when my mouth was numb). I enjoyed getting to know them. I am an active duty army officer and had the opportunity to choose my own dentist during my assignment in Dallas. I am so glad that I chose Dr. James and her team at Trinity Dental Loft. I wish Army dentists were like Dr. James haha. I am moving soon and so sad to be leaving Dallas but will definitely stop by just to say hello when ever I am in the Dallas area.
