Dr. James is so detail oriented in her work and in general, even remembering things about me and my life. I’m always very sore even days after longer procedures, but she worked some magic and I felt great the day after. I went to Trinity Dental Loft for a second opinion on dental work that my previous dentist said I needed without even taking a current x-ray. I was able to get an appointment right away rather than waiting for months. I was seen as soon as I completed the health history paperwork. The staff tended to my vitals, x-rays, and insurance billing in a comforting, friendly, efficient manner. Dr. James examined my teeth in regards to my concerns of what I was told by my previous dentist. Just as I thought, I did not need the procedure that was recommended by my previous dentist (just to use up my yearly insurance benefits). She explained what I needed to be aware of and how to better take care of my teeth. I am very happy that I got a second opinion from Dr. James to prevent having unneccessary dental work done. I will continue coming to this office.
