Great friendly front staff! Ms J, who did my deep clean answered all my questions before she started. Maria F also made me comfortable before the crowning procedure. Doc came in a did his thing then bounced but seemed cool to me. Overall great experience.

The Customer Service at this location was beyond on point! As soon as I walked in with my husband, we were greeted and cared for immediately. Got my fillings today, Alexis was fantastic!! He took such good care of me, stayed with me the entire time to make sure I was comfortable. He explained everything they were going to do very clearly and made me as comfortable as possible. Julio at the front desk was great too! Always super friendly. I do wish Dr Ahn was more gentle and had a better bedside manner. But the staff at East El Paso Dentist is unmatched!!

I just had the best dental experience! I finally got my cleaning done. Morgan was so sweet and Jackie and Hilda were amazing. Even though I gag with X-rays they made it so easy to get them done. Thank you to the office and the staff for a visit worth getting!

If I could, I would give this place zero stars. My boyfriend and I came to this place a little bit ago and the staff was very nice, affordable care, and they got us in quick. My boyfriend needed a deep cleaning and was having a lot of pain to the point where he couldn’t eat because of how inflamed his gums were. After the doctor took a look at him, he refused service to him because it looked like he had some type of infection that could be contagious….when really it was from the deep cleaning that he urgently needed. He hadnt had a cleaning in a couple of years due to no insurance. Therefore, that is why he had extreme gingivitis and gums were bleeding a lot. He told him that he needed a clearance from his doctor first. We went to the ER where the doctor there was very disappointed in this clinic and surprised from his lack of education. The ER doctor stated this is no infection, this was simply due to not having a cleaning done… We called this dentist back and let them know how upset we were… they never got back to us nor did we receive a refund from a pointless appointment. Not to mention we were coming from out of town since this was the quickest place that could get us in. We had also mentioned the state of pain and gums were in… I would not recommend.

Had a great experience with having my teeth worked on. Alexis made it super easy to remain calm and was super attentive making sure I understood everything and felt comfortable. Doctor Ahn was super professional and made sure I was comfortable. I recommend coming here!

Anytime I come to get my teeth done, I’m always welcomed with a nice greeting from everybody. Jackie and Carlos were the ones who did my cleaning and X-rays and they were amazing. 100% would recommend!!!
