The Dentist El Paso

I had a great experience with The Dentist. Miri the dental assistant was very accommodating and made the whole process easy. Had me smiling and laughing the whole time. The Dr. was really quick- no excessive waiting like most dental offices. The entire staff is friendly, I was a walk in and was able to be seen right away. Hugo the dental hygienist took his time and was gentle when deep cleaning my teeth. My entire experience was quick, easy, comfortable, clean, and professional. I highly recommend this dentist office for any needs.

I had an initial appointment and check up here recently. The facility was very clean and well-kept. It was super busy, so there was a little waiting here and there. However, I was seen on time and the work I eventually had done was done with skill. Everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly. Each step of each procedure was explained to me, and I left feeling satisfied.

I would like to specifically list Susan in the front and Alex in the back as being particularly helpful and nice. Thanks for the help! This is my new regular dentist.

Dr & Staff are awesome. First time here and when I was recommended to have an extraction done and explained the why, I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to have it done during my visit and didn’t need to schedule for another day. Understandably nervous about the extraction, staff was very comforting and to my surprise the dentist performed extraction without causing me any pain. I had a really great experience and will definitely be continuing to have my checkups here at The Dentist!

I was a new patient to be seen on Saturday for a cleaning.😁 I got a call to come in early and I did to have a head start on my day. The front desk was friendly and attentive. 🤗The X-rays and pictures were taken of my teeth. So far so good. To my surprise I waited for an hour and 1/2 😱There was no cleaning. What was the point to come in early.🤔 They book too many patients and the waiting time was not timely.
They pride themselves that time🕛 is the essence not on this appointment.⏳ Because of the long wait ,they set up the cleaning to a Monday at 8AM. Another disappointment, 😠I was on time and waited outside 15 minutes. 🕞The office was not opened for my cleaning at 8AM. This was not a good experience to have them care for my teeth. Keep in mind, they charge💰 $75 for not showing up. Very odd that they can have extremely long waits and not show up for an appointment. The charge is on you. 💰I would not recommend this Denitst 😬Save your time.🕛⏳

Got my wisdom teeth pulled out here and the Doctor was very quick and informative about what he was doing. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Appreciate their kindness and encouragement because I was very nervous.

I would first like to say I am embarrassed for the lady and her mother that were treating the staff horrible.. calling them a pendja and being the most disgusting human I couldn’t believe my ears. The assistant in that room took a verbal beating. The manager had to step in and she was very professional but those women were just not even being civil humans at all. I love this office and the staff there are new staff but i thinks it’s way better than before. The best dental office in my heart. Good job ladies to took that beating you handled that the best way I could imagine.

Staff was great! Grateful that they were able to fit us in last minute and took care of Elijah. Very nice and professional employees as well. Dentist was great with him.

It was my 1st visit at The Dentist of El Paso off on Joe Battle and it was a great experience. All the people that work there were extremely nice, especially Joseph. He is a pleasant to talk to. I will recommend The Dentist of El Paso to all my family & friends.

Worse experience. I was told I needed a crown done, after pressure from the staff on multiple visits I finally said yes. I went in for my crown procedure, and left feeling worse than I came in. I can’t brush my tooth on that side and can drink cold water or eat. I only have a temporary crown for now. I went back again due to my excessive pain, and was told I needed a root canal now ( I didn’t need one to begin with) Now they want to charge me for both the permanent crown (I don’t have yet) and a root canal. I was told over a period of 2 plus weeks a manager would call me back and they never did. Still waiting. They will only agree to fix my pain if I pay for both procedures costing over $1900. Ridiculous. I have worked in this field as a dental assistant before and never seen someone treated like this. Don’t trust their rating, they ask everyone to rate 5 stars to get a free service.

I had a great experience at The Dentist. The staff was very friendly and made me feel welcomed the minute I walked in, especially Mr. Joseph at the front desk. Definitely coming back and will recommend to family and friends!
