I am very pleased with the service and treatment I've received here the past several years. Dr. Verastegui and Dr. Garcia are great; highly skilled and knowledgeable! Great experience all around. Front desk staff, although busy when I went, were very pleasant. The techs were friendly and made me feel comfortable. The doc was great and took his time (especially with the injections with hardly any pain) Like most, I hate going to the dentist, but they at least made it a better experience than I’m used to.

I've been visiting Keep Smilin Dental for over 6 months now. It is,without any doubt, the best dental office I've ever been. The staff is very professional, attentive and willing to satisfy any of your needs. My hygienist is Mr. Martínez: THE BEST. I will follow him everywhere. His professionalism and kindness is beyond my expectations. Would recommend this office anytime.

Dr. Verastegui DDS is very thorough and caught two problems and hat need to be addressed that other providers had missed or ignored. The cleaning I got today was very good. Better than most hygienists I’ve seen in the past.

This place is the worst. Just as rude as I remember it being and they obviously don’t care about patient safety as the waiting room has too many people. They should take a tip from the other providers in the area especially since covid numbers are so high. My hygienist who cleaned my teeth was not friendly at all. Avoid this place at all costs... RESPONSE to your reply: No, its not odd at all. Yes I have the correct location, and you must have recently started to have the patients wait outside because I assure you I waited in the lobby with many other people. None the less Id rather not contact you regarding my experience. 0 STARS

All of the staff are always so professional and treat you like you are more than just another customer. By my second appointment they already remembered me and my son and actually had the front door of the office open for me because they saw that I had a stroller. They are great with my two year old son and he feels comfortable (and even a little excited) to go to the dentist and be in a room all by himself while I am in my appointment. When he was younger they would actually walk him around the office in the stroller to keep him entertained and distracted while I was in my appointment, and they genuinely seemed to enjoy doing that. Great place to take the whole family and their customer service skills are unmatched. Best customer service I have received in years, and they provide this service every time I go. Cannot recommend them enough!

This was by far the most friendly, thorough and skilled dental office I have ever been to! Since moving to El Paso from Philadelphia, I've been looking for a place just to get my twice yearly cleanings, and I am so glad this office was recommended. My insurance was being a pain, but they were so patient and nice about everything! All the technicians, especially Angel, and the dental hygienist, Luis, were so professional, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this office for any dental needs, they are a true model for how we all want doctor's offices to be but not many are anymore. If you don't have insurance, they charge $99 for x-rays, consultation and cleaning which they do not rush through and do a great job at. Cannot recommend this place enough!
