I had a new patient appointment for a cleaning in December. The receptionist and hygienist were kind, but overall it was a negative experience. Dr. Mullen was really aggressive during the cleaning, causing unnecessary pain. My brothers had cleanings on the same day and both were in pain for hours afterwards. The whole visit made me uncomfortable.
I’m also concerned about the standard of care I received. Dr. Mullen told me I had 2 cavities and wanted to schedule an appointment to fill them. However, I saw a different dentist later that confirmed that neither are actually cavities. When the new dentist called for a copy of my X-rays, Dr. Mullen’s office said they had no record of me as a patient and do not use digital X-rays. I never write reviews for doctors, but honestly I would recommend you don’t come here.

As far as the staff goes they are courteous , no complaints, as for the Drs bedside manners he has none as far as I'm concerned he is very impatient, felt like I was in an assembly line. I'm a very nervous person as far as seeing dentists, so my experience was not good!
