Thought this was going to be my dentist, I called to let them know I'll be 15 to 20 minutes late. Got a call 21 minutes in that they'll have to reschedule me. Yet my first appointment they didn't see me till 25 minutes after my appointment... place is a joke

Do not recommend. Went for my six month check up & they seemed to have forgotten or misplaced my appointment. Then proceeded to say they needed more x rays, they just did full x rays six months ago at my first appointment with them & I have never ever had a dentist office so x rays more than once every 12 months. Then took me to the room & asked if I wanted the cleaning, in which that was the sole reason for my appointment in the first place. Felt as if they lost not only my appointment but my records. They made me feel like they were brushing me off or as if I did something wrong when all I did was show up for my appointment. The doctor looked at my x rays & in my mouth for a split second & left. The girl started the cleaning by just doing the paste and flossing (she hardly flossed), sprayed water out of my mouth that dropped down the side of my head then said we needed to wait for the doctor to proceed. In total I was there an hour and a half before I got up and asked to leave without my cleaning. They told me the doctor still had another 30 mins with the last patient. Would of been really nice to know prior as I was sitting there for over an hour when I had an appointment. Will not be back. Was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a dentist office & a completely waste of my afternoon.
