Had an extraction and filling done. Must say everyone tried their best to make me comfortable and to get it done with as much speed but accuracy as possible as I had an issue with numbness in my throat from the anesthesia. Dr. Arab was professional and courteous and even called me a couple days later to see how I was. Did not like having to lose a tooth but thankful to have a qualified Dentist for the task! Thanks to everyone for their care and help! I would definitely recommend this Dentistry practice!

This was the best experience with dental work I've ever had! Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. I was able to get an emergency root canal same day with no appointment. The pricing was very affordable. My new crown fits and was matched so perfectly that it's completely unnoticeable. I would especially like to thank Dr. Rash for the fantastic job. I will most definitely be going here from now on for all my dental needs.

The staff was really helpful, they really care about your needs. They try and help you if you don't have any insurance. The doctor was amazing explaining everything every step of the way. He was always making sure I was okay during my procedure. I had a root canal done and I can honestly say that the procedure was not painful. He really knows how to take care of his patients... I would highly recommend...

Now I've been to Monarch in San Antonio and this was just as great! I like the screening process they have in place for our safety. The front office was very friendly, polite and welcoming. I am on a discount program for dental services and sometimes other offices treat you differently, but here at this office they treated me as any other patient and it was great. They made sure all my questions were answered and for the treatment I needed that I understood everything that was not just the staff but also the dentist himself made me feel really safe in His hands. But I greatly appreciate it most was that since not only in my own discounted dental plan my funds are extremely limited and with the treatment that I need they are willing to find a way to work with me within a reason. I highly recommend monarch Dental of Mesa road for your dental needs especially if you're in pain they don't joke around about it.

So, I went in to get an abscess checked out. I have a tooth that hurts when I put pressure on it right next to the gum abscess and it's a bit broken. They take x-rays which was okay the first time but then they wanted more and made me retake them multiple times forcing me put a lot of pressure on the broken tooth, even as I'm in obvious pain and saying "ow", they don't ask me if I'm okay, they just continue telling me to bite harder, so I do and as I'm in the worst pain, I hear a "crack" and my broken tooth fell right out. They brushed it off too, didn't ask if I was okay or anything. They are going to charge me a lot to get the rest off the tooth out which literally is only a tiny piece left because they made most of it come out already. They gave me antibiotics before they can do anything further but I honestly think I might go elsewhere for the work I need done once I've saved up the money for it. Somewhere that is more gentle and caring for me. Also it's better to get a root canal done (which is what I need) from a dentist who specializes in it (an Endodontist)

This is for serious dental work, July 2022 I walk in At 8:27, I saw only three people, I spent 2hours 10 minutes, they told me I needed more X-rays, when I told them I have the piece of my broken back tooth, they said I needed another appointment so I did it for the next week, I got the confirmation call and the very day of the appointment,, they called me telling me the Doctor was not going to be here!
I didn’t make another appointment!!!!!!!
I’m done with this place!!!!!!! The waiting room It’s not even nice!!!!!

All of the staff is very attentive and helpful!! Dr. Siddiqui is very patient and was able to help me with my teeth the same day after being a walk in . I have visited the office a few times and the each time have been treated great !!! Going to the dentist is not a fun experience but Monarch has made it alot easier and pleasant for me !!

RIP OFF. The hygienist pulled a filling out during a rough cleaning, after I told Chris she was being too aggressive, twice. Then they charged me to repair it and laughed.
They then charged over $1k for scapel cutting of my gum to perform a crown and the filling stated above. $2k+ for a crown n filling is unethical, immoral, and blatent lack of professionalism.
On top of all of that, it took 7hours!!
FIND A DIFFERENT DENTIST!!

I will admit i had my doubts about Monarch Dental after seeing so mant great reviews.
But they are as advertised!!!! I went in as a walk in, and that same day told me what the issue was. My wisdom teeth were the issue. And that same day i was able to make an appointment for the next day to remove them!! And had little to no pain through out the procedure!!

DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND!!!
