The front desk staff is very nice, respectful and professional. They are insurance savvy and That made my visit pleasant.
The Dental Assistant is super gentle and caring as well as the dental hygienist . The Doctor took his time to explain the treatment and the reason for the procedures. I liked that, because I can plan my treatments without any stress. Everyone is knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. I am looking forward to start my treatments.

I went for a regular check up and a cleaning. I had gone twice before for regular check ups. Currently I am pregnant, they told me that if I was to be seen they had to do the panoramic x ray which I had done 2 years ago and was normal. I refused the X-ray because of the pregnancy, because I did not want the radiation exposure. First, I feel discriminated, they told me to came back after I was not pregnant anymore ( pregnancy last 9 months) so they are basically de care. Second, as a patient I have the right to refuse a procedure . Third, before they didn’t use X-rays, they would do a routine exam first, and also follow the patient clinically. I took time to come from my job for the appointment and they were rude and refuse to see me. I am currently asymptomatic pretty sure I don’t have a cavity just wanted a simple cleaning done before I had my baby. Never going back again. It’s important to respect the patients wishes specially if there is a good reason for it!

Staff friendly and and professional. Knowledgeable and efficient and helpful. As well the dental assistant was caring and gentle. Doctor explain the treatment and the reason for procedures. Definitely I recommend Monarch Dental.

DO NOT GO TO THIS MONARCH DENTAL. I had a crown replacement done, which lead to large, painful abscess on my gum. I was in pain for days wondering if it was just from having dental work done. It turns out, when the dental assistance was removing my temporary crown to put on my permanent crown - HE PULLED MY TOOTH FROM THE ROOT - completely damaging my tooth all the work done for the crown replacement.
I ultimately needed to have my tooth completely extracted and have to pay thousands of dollars getting an implant (which is at least a 6 month process)
The worst part is Monarch Dental continues to call me to collect payment for my crown replacement . I have submitted my case to the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners.

I’ve had great experiences at Monarch dental. Dr. Arab is an expert and caring dentist. He continuously made sure I was comfortable during a procedure I had recently, which I really appreciated. He also took his time to explain any and all questions/concerns I had at any point. The hygienist and dental assistant are both very amicable and kind as well. Lovely staff, highly recommend this place overall!

I've come to this location 5 times now and it's always a pleasant experience,
despite me not liking going to the dentist. Friendly staff that works with my budget. Highly recommend.
Last year, I didn't have much extra cash or insurance and they helped me get third-party financing for 0% for 6 months, which was a big deal back then.
(I'm writing this because I know it's not everywhere you can get help. 10 years ago, I had an abscessed tooth emergency in Houston and a place estimated $900. When I didn't have the money or any way to borrow or get a loan, they just said "sayonara" and let me go. Later, when I had the money, the problem had gotten worse. The tooth couldn't be saved and the cost was $2500. Just saying.)
And from my experience, this place won't abuse your trust or overcharge either. For example, I thought I needed something, so I agreed and signed to have it done. They decided I shouldn't do it now, and they'd just watch for a while. They cancelled my acceptance. When does THAT ever happen these days?!
As for the staff, there's William the hygienist and Dr Arab who are both funny, plus the dental assistant and desk staff are all professional and approachable and easy to talk to. It was hard for me to keep from laughing once during a filling procedure. Just a warning ☺️.
