Everyone in the office is so nice and welcoming. From the ladies in the front desk to everyone working behind the scenes they make you feel so comfortable. Dr. Seddiqui is so helpful and I love that he explains everything in a way that patients will understand.

My family and I have been going to Monarch Dentistry for many years now. Valeria and the front staff have been amazing as they are not only friendly but extremely understanding and flexible when we schedule our appointments. Dr. Siddiqui is truly an outstanding dentist as he tells you what is really going on inside your mouth. His professionalism is exemplary and makes us continue to keep going. Last but not least the hygienists also deserve recognition for their wonderful attentiveness to each of our particular needs. I highly recommend Monarch Dental in El Paso's Westside. 😁😁😁😁

So I was there today for the 1st time. I moved from Austin and needed a dentist. I wanted to go in for a cleaning, my appt was at 3 and was taken in at about 3:50, to get my xrays and pictures(which I know is procedure). 20 mins later an assistant came to look at my gums. Then finally the doctor came to see me and tell me that I needed my fillings replaced with gum tissue replacement or something like that, and I needed invisalign to straighten my not so crooked teeth. Then I was told they were going to give me an estimate(without even asking for one) and that they would check if my insurance covered my teeth cleaning. (I knew it did) At this point its 5 oclock! I obviously told them I was not going to get it done. This place just wants to sell you a "treatment". I have been going to the dentist all of my, life twice a year, have never felt like I was just a number and that they just wanted money for a treatment I dont really need. Staff was friendly. Doctor, ok. Overview: I was there for 2 hours, did not get my teeth cleaned, and was told I had all kinds of things that needed to be fixed. Yet not necessary. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

Today, I had Monarch Dental, Dr. Seddiqui, remove 2 wisdom teeth. On a scale of 1 to 100, the surgery pain was maybe just under a 1, essentially none! It is now nighttime and the post surgery pain is non-existent. I'm amazed at how such a big man can be so gentle. The staff is very professional. I'm in my 60s, have lived in many places with various dentists, and this one is the absolute best! Dr. Seddiqui is very attentive, asks if you have questions, and takes care to keep a patient as comfortable as possible. My recommendation is an absolute 100%!

Overall the service provided was courteous and professional. The only thing that bothered me is that I felt that the doctors and assistants kept trying to upsale me on different services like the oral cancer screening, the Invisalign, at the end they gave me a toothpaste, a mouthwash and an electric toothbrush and I thought it was included in my service but thankfully I asked them if it was and they said it was calculated in your cost. So make sure you take your time and ask them what they are charging you for if you are paying out of pocket. I already have an electric toothbrush so I woulda walked home paying an extra $90 for something I already have. It would be nice if they diagnosed you and told you exactly what you needed without the intention of selling you something.

At first I loved this place so I decided to get your braces here. I've had my braces for about months and now they are getting rid of the orthodontist side of the clinic. I've been rescheduled 3 times just this month to get my braces off. I'm currently sitting outside the office cause they are suppose to open today cause it's the doctors last or something like that. I confirmed my appointment on Thursday for 730 this morning and there is no one here. This is ridiculous.

I recently moved to El Paso from out of state and went to Monarch Dental as a new patient. I spent two hours there and will not return for treatment there for a variety of reasons. First, my visit took forrrrreeeeeeevvvvveeeeeeeer. I was there for over two hours and only a fraction of that time was spent speaking to the dentist. When I finally did see the dentist, I felt like they were more concerned with signing off on me and getting to the next patient, rather than addressing my oral health concerns as a patient. I felt like a customer there rather than a patient. It was a contrast to what my prior experience with dentists has been. Finally, there's a lot of selling you products and services which, again, leads to feeling more like a customer and something about that felt sleazy to me. Like it's more important at Monarch to sell your services rather than making you feel comfortable, welcomed, and valued as a patient. At one point, I was force-fed an "educational" video on Invisalign treatment. Who wants to take time off from work to be force-fed advertisements for products that they are not interested in? I'm going to definitely look for another place for my next check-up and cleaning.

I was overcharged not to mention my implants are crooked. Do not go here, the office manager is unprofessional. I was told I had two cracked crowns, second and third opinion say they are fine. NTI mouthguard was made wrong. A few thousand dollars down the drain. RUN and don't look back!!!

I didn’t go back because everything in the office is outdated and old equipment

I highly recommend this dentist, the staff are professional, the dentist was gentle and all were so very understanding of my extreme fear of dental work. Im having an extraction tomorrow and im feeling no stress just by my treatment at the appointment and reassurance from everyone at Monarch. I am looking forward to finally getting caught up on all my dental needs!
