The Dr. At this location has left 2 of my family members, physically worse and hurt after procedures. After coming in to have part of a tooth shaved for a comfortable bite, the Dr shaved too far down to the point of refering a specialist, and tries to refuse to pay for damages. My other family member had their retainer broken! Absolutely careless here and will never recommend.

This dental clinic was my favorite pick out of all the kids dentist. Very professional always amiable, clean and easy to make appointments.

Cancelled my appt and wanted to make me wait another month before they could fit me in. Then a week later they canceled the appts for my three kids and told me they couldn’t even reschedule because they didn’t have appts so they would have to call me back when they had something.

There is one member of the staff who is excellent, he is taller and generally makes sure others are taken care of. However, the staff needs to be told to do things like use local anesthetics for work that is likely to be painful. Additionally, I had to go several separate times to get a crown redone as they didn't take a mold of the original tooth before grinding it down to a post so it didn't fit with my teeth and they gave one more attempt to get another mold before grinding down the opposite tooth to fit it in my mouth. In terms of common sense the dentist seems to have little as he chose to put a porcelain crown on a molar which full porcelain is generally recommended for front teeth only. Aside from all of that their staff doesn't seem to either know how to file the work properly or check insurance co-pays as I have had to pay past due amounts twice as they billed me the wrong amount in the office. Really annoying to be called 3 months after service to find out you still owe them 100 dollars on top of hundreds you have already paid for work. Will no longer be going to them for services.

All of the staff was very friendly and caring. Specifically Alvin, Ale, and Doctor Amin (don't know if I spelled his name correctly). They we're the ones that worked on my kids pearly whites! They were awesome!😁

We had an amazing experience.... Its my daughters first visit and it was amazing! Shes only 11 months and we had a nurse by the name of Alvin and he know just what to do.... My daughter loved her experience and she enjoys the gift he gave her. There are really nice people and the doctor very respectful.... We are very happy with everything.

Avoid Dr. Vieyra at all costs! I typically don't leave reviews. First let me say, the front staff were kind, the dental assistants were great and the hygienists was sweet. No issues with them. Let me also say that this dentist knew that my son is IMMUNE COMPROMISED (cancer survivor). My problem is SOLEY with this dentist. He has zero chairside manner. He didn't say a word to my son. I listened as he told the dental assistant that my son had NINE cavities. He then did my exam. Again not a word to me, just that I needed a bridge or a implant. Not a word muttered to me, to the assistant to chart. At that point I would not continue with our appointment. I didn't allow there to be a cleaning. I was cordial and left. Didn't think anything else about it. I made an appointment for another dentist. We had that appointment yesterday. Imagine our surprise when my son doesn't have a single (ZERO) cavity. Nothing showed up on their x-rays or on his exam. I was beyond upset. I was a dental assistant. I had my suspicions while we were at the appointment. I didn't get up and read my son's x-rays. I had that "gut" feeling that something wasn't quite right from the get go. This my friends is malpractice. I called the office after I cooled down quite a bit. I spoke to someone at the front desk and I apologized to her because it isn't her fault this happened. It again, is the dentist. She said she hears this all the time. That is a problem! RED FLAG!!! She took my name and number and said the practice manager would call me back. I had my doubts. Kudos to him, he did call me back and he got an earful. He did try to tell me that some dentists are "more aggressive" than others. Yes, if I was not educated in this field, I might let you get away with that statement. Since I am educated... Nope... Not buying it. This dentist was going to drill on teeth that didn't need it just to make money and that is malpractice. So, I caution you as you decide on where to take yourself or your family. Do not go to this dentist. See another in the practice. Not this one. He is horrible and should not be practicing! I don't know how he could sleep at night knowing he was causing harm to someone all for the sake of making $$$ and shame on this practice for allowing this kind of behavior to happen. You better believe everyone an their mother will know not to go here!
