This place is a scam. I called and asked if the dentist was in network for my Insurance (GEHA). I was told all their dentist were. I then called my insurance who said that he was in network in multiple location. So i got mine and my families dental work done. Now I’m facing 2k in charges because he is not in network at the fair banks location which he said he was. He is in network at the other 5 locations but not this one.

Disappointed in Pinova Dental ,an team members, completely lost their focus on customer service, an definitely lost the spark they once had, I will no longer return. I’ll give 0 stars if I could .

There are no zero stars so I must give them one star. I went to check my wisdom teeth because I have one of them inflamed, and they told me that they should take some X-rays to see what was happening. They took X-rays on the wrong tooth and the doctor didn't even want to check me giving me wrong instructions through his assistant. When I told him through the assistant (she was translating) that the x-ray they took was wrong and that the reason for my consultation was for a different tooth than the one they had in the x-ray, he told her to tell me that he couldnt examine me and that if I needed help then I should go to Juarez in a derogatory way, thinking that I didn’t speak English. I found this doctor racist and negligent and I will never go to this site again or recommend it. I will try to file a complaint with the health department for negligence.

They will send you a bill a year and a half later, not call you back to explain the charges, you will call them and they can't explain the charges then send you to collections. I would go somewhere else if I were you.

I dont recommend this place went for a cleaning which they had a special I put my insurance this was on march they said they do get it then they called me two months later saying they dont take it no more that I owe 400 dollars but they didnt do nothing because they told me I needed a deep cleaning which i needed to pay up to 3000 on it now I'm stuck with a bill that they didnt do nothing
