Smile Magic of El Paso Dyer

The first time we were here was before the grand opening. Our appointment was at 5 p.m and we left close to 9 p.m.
Even though it was a loooong visit, they were very busy and that's why we were fine with that. Having tablets and an arcade helped our kids have fun, they didn't want to leave!

This second visit is after the grand opening and it was so much faster! I want to leave but my kids want to keep playing! My baby loves the play area (very clean) and my older boys love the electronics area. I wonder why?

It's not crazy busy this time around, the hype has calmed down a bit. Everyone is really nice and respectful. I love that the front office staff is very nice!

Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. My child who has Autism was very comfortable here! The play area is amazing. The X-rays were very easy for him to do. They have TV’s on the ceiling so the kiddos are occupied while getting their teeth worked on. Best experience ever! The dentist and oral hygienist, everyone was terrific! I’m going to recommend Smile Magic to all of my friends. 😊

Loved this location so much! We had an appointment and were immediately welcomed. Staff was incredibly kind and the little one actually liked her dentist! The facility is clean and she absolutely loved the play area. And I really loved the massage chairs! Happy to have this new location.

The staff is very courteous, patient and kind. This would be five stars if there wasn’t so much waiting around. The nurse started asking questions and preparing us for the doctor 45 minutes after the start of our appointment.

They treat my kids great. I strongly recommend you take your kids there fast, polite and caring staff. What more do you want ? VIP service well they treat you like that all the time!

Nice place but waaaay to expensive. Wish there was somewhere in El Paso that a college student could get their teeth done without breaking their parents back. Dr. has a no real good "chair side" manor when we were first there, but he improved when we went back for my son's second visit. I hope he keeps this new energy with all his patients, if he wants to be successful. Plus I wish he would've told us about the "coming soon" fillings that my son has to eventually get. So right now I'm skeptical of the Dyer Street location of this business. We'll see if we remain with this dentist or not.

The facility is nice and welcoming. The staff are polite when you first enter. The biggest issue with this place is when it comes to communication. Changes are made last minute and often not sent to the patients. Would not recommend

It was a lovely place employees very kind and friendly. I did have a problem Called back to inquire to see had my RX had been called in it hadn’t . wasn’t a problem . The problem was when a female employee informed me that I hadn’t come to the center just a half hour after leaving and the staff stated the same thing . She went on to say that I had never been to the clinic located on Dyer Street maybe it was another site. This young lady insisted that I had never been there , even after telling her the Dentist who waited on me and red headed girl who took my debit card and charged me for my services. I had to look at my printouts given to me just to see if I was imagining things. This young lady persisted to the point she was asking staff had I been there . Getting a little frustrated myself . I asked her if she could take my dental information then to verify who I am. She said hold on I will send you to verification hold please. Came back on the line a few minutes later and asked for my insurance information members number never my name. Then employee asked for my s.s # I’m thinking I’m not trusting you too myself. I asked why and you said that I haven’t been there today . Then she said Shannon we don’t have you in the system . I said you know why because my name is Charlotte Williams. Then she started back peddling and said oh I will ask the doctor about your prescription right now. Called back an hour or so later spoke to a very pleasant young man he checked the system asked my name and performed his job excellently Everyone was outstanding including the aforementioned young lady. She’s young and I pray that this experience will be a stepping stone for great and future endeavors in her life. Charlotte Williams

Everybody seems to be kind to me in the clinic and everything is tidy however I’m not liking my continuous temporary dental crowns, they look so fake ,big, thick and I understand that I have to wait for my original crowns for 3 weeks to be delivered. Hopefully they will perfect the overall outcome. Also I’ve seen some online youtube videos wherein they do temporary crowns individually and it doesn’t look like dentures.

The staff here was so friendly and knowledgeable! I needed my wisdom teeth taken out and was a little nervous about it but after speaking to the dental assistants, Doctor, and Manager, I felt confident in their work. Rest assured the procedure was explained to me in detail before hand and it went so smoothly! I had no pain or swelling afterwards and the recovery was so easy! I highly recommend Dr. Croarkin and this clinic to everyone!
