Always super quick. The most I’ve waited was 15-20 minutes but only cause it was a Saturday morning. I came from another dentist office when my daughter was a year because that other office would take an hour and a half for just a check up. It was ridiculous especially with an infant who gets fussy with that much of a wait time. I 100% recommend this Smile Magic especially because not only their super short wait time, the drs are super friendly and even the staff is amazing with not only myself but most importantly my daughter!

I came as a first time costumer and was disappointed. After x-rays were done, I was sat in a chair that was a little wet. I ignored it cause i figured i rather sit in a chair that’s a little wet and know it’s disinfected than a chair that wasn’t disinfected. Next, the doctor comes in to check my teeth and tells me everything is great and asks the hygienist if I was cleaned already. The hygienist lied to him saying she had already cleaned my teeth and that i was set to go. I interrupted and let the doctor know that no one had cleaned my teeth yet. They both looked at me shocked and the hygienist said she apologizes she got confused and that she would go ahead and clean my teeth. The doctor leaves and my hygienist is letting other people know they can go to lunch. The hygienist seemed to be in a hurry to leave to because she only polished a few of my teeth and called it a day. She didn’t floss my teeth, scrape the backs, and didn’t polish all the teeth just the back teeth and a few in the front. She did my cleaning in literally 3 minutes. I have never had a cleaning that rushed and unfinished. I’m willing to give this place another chance, perhaps she needed to go somewhere important during her lunch but for now, i was greatly disappointed in how my appointment went.

The staff and dentists are always pleasant. If a mistake happens, they own up to it and do their best to make it right for everyone (this is rare). My kids love the attention and I would recommend it to anyone

My son had his first procedure done and I have to say we had a good experience !! Doctor was able to answer all my questions and reassured me that everything would be ok 👌 the staff is super friendly ! They even called me at the end of the day to make sure my child was ok .
