The Dentist El Paso

I had a rescheduled appointment for Saturday 18 February at 11 am. I came in and waited about 5 min to check in no biggie. Front desk is rude, didn’t greet and asks how can I help you. Obviously an appointment. Now, mind you I’ve been to this office for over a year and the front desk usually greats in a friendly manner stating your name and appointment time. I get checked in for the appointment at 11am and do not get called back until 11:40am. They take X-rays and state Dr will be in soon. 12pm rolled around and was still waiting for cleaning and Dr. I walk to front desk and state I would like to cancel appointment. They ask why, I explain I’ve been waiting an hour and nothing but X-rays have been done. She states the delay is because they only have one hygienist scheduled for Saturday and that they would still bill insurance for X-rays. I absolutely didn’t agree because they didn’t fully complete the annual cleaning and checkup. She has me wait to speak with the manager Stephanie who starts conversation already defensive and stating that they make accommodations for patients to be seen on Saturday’s and basically our time isn’t of any importance because they’re already doing us the favor of being open on a Saturday. Completely unprofessional both in appearance and attitude. I requested the information of cooperate or boss and she proceeds to tell me that she doesn’t need to give me that information. You really can’t makeup this managers lack of professionalism. I’ll be waiting to receive a call from Gabby the district manager. Will never go back to such a poorly ran dental office.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place!! First of all I was in a LOT of pain with an erupted wisdom tooth. I called and spoke with Joseph who was very friendly and accommodating to my needs, answered all my questions and got me in right away. I walk in, the environment is very welcoming I was greeted by the same Joseph and I think it should be said that more companies need to hire people like Joseph - seriously, he’s the best. Doctors took me in fast, the lady in billing was very kind and answered all my questions. Im very grateful for this team! Would recommend them again and again!!

No wonder this Dental facility gets great reviews. The Dentist and all his staff that I had contact with during my visit, were very courteous and professional. I really appreciate the manner in which everything was explained.

I have had several cleanings here! Every time I come my experience with the staff has been amazing! Everyone is always so welcoming and friendly! I definitely recommend this place!

The front desk receptionist Joseph is absolutely amazing! Hugo the hygienist made my teethe feel extra clean. Just an overall excellent experience.

The entire staff is extremely kind and are professional. They provide a welcoming experience and make you feel comfortable throughout the entire stay , I absolutely recommend this place to be your preferred Dentistry.

About a month ago I made an appointment here. I usually like to read reviews and they had 4.9 with up to 1k reviews. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! THEY GIVE FREE FLUORIDE WHEN YOU LEAVE A REVIEW! RED FLAG RIGHT THERE! When they "fixed my fillings" it was the worst experience I have ever had starting with not even placing a bib on you getting splashed everywhere! He numb me and right after started drilling when they finally saw that I was in pain they numb me more. When they finished I told them I had sensitivity to air and water and I didn't used to have that they said it was normal, I also was numb to my left side of my nose and left eye. I have had pain sensitivity for 1 month, I went somewhere else TO GET IT FIX TODAY! AND LET ME TELL YOU WHAT A DIFERENCE!!.

Don't set an appointment expectating anything to be done. I set an appointment for a Saturday 2 weeks prior for a simple cleaning. Once I arrived It turns out that my "cleaning" appointment was just to see what needed to be done. Also turns out that despite a 2 week appointment the doctor was too busy and I would been seen "maybe" a week later.

Once again, excellent customer service. Overall great experience as usual. Hugo always take great care of my teeth. The lady who checked me in & did pics/xrays was also awesome, just don't remember her name. Completely satisfied.

Horrible horrible wait times. First couple cleanings had to wait 2 hrs. Tried final time today, walked out after sitting for 1 hr in the lobby. We were told it would be faster with first appointment in the morning, which is not true. Constantly overbooks appointments and disrespectful of customers time, will never go back again.
